The challenge is to play as Mexico, put Trotsky in charge and have him exact his vengance on Joseph Stalin. Mexico's new focus tree offers quite a lot of interesting options and today we are testing out one of them. This challenge is rather limited, but my intention was to explore Mexico's new focus tree with a specific goal in mind..

Everything was nationalized in Soviet union for example. Gov owning corporations is leftist thing.
Private ownership is right wing.
In Nazi Germany German corporations were private and free to do what they wanted, long as the main goal was to benefit the country. And not produce "morally wrong" things. But gov had supreme intervene power if it was needed.

I'm sorry to say but that's too much of a simplification regarding the right wing/left wing division.
Nazi-Germany seized quite a number of industries, forcibly "united" near all unions and societies including their property into the party organizations and dictated prices for all "war essential industries", which by the end was near everything. And that's not even mentioning the seizure of property owned by enemies of the state. So while it is true that they never did away with the concept of private property like the communists, there were so severe limits on the usage of private property that it's debatable if you actually still had full ownership.

One world government (once completed) invites all communist countries not in a faction to yours and renames your faction to the 4th international. The point is you wait till south american countries go communist and then trigger the focus to let them into your faction to take over the americas and reclaim atlazan (at least in my first successful playthrough).

_Rules_
Any Soviet-Finnish war must be prevented.
You can play as any country, except either the Soviet Union or Finland.
You preferably shouldn't just annex Finland (or the Soviets) to prevent the war, that'd be a little boring I think.
You need to take one out of the equation to prevent the AI from declaring war, and a pre-emptive war is probably the only answer (execpt you play as UK, get USA and guarantee Finland with half the world)

What about Crush the Dream achievement? I found it really difficult, decolonization focuses and decisions to make UK a communist state are taking too much time to complete, USSR capitulates before you can complete all of them. Tried it 5 times and then gave up. Congratulations on your new house!

Something I noticed in my Mexico play through is when I declared war on Honduras and El Salvador at the same time I only needed to capitulate Honduras to get a peace conference with both of them in it

I have an HOI4 Video Idea: Conquer the globe and not get bored.
One idea on how to do that: You can't make more units then you start with. You can still make planes and ships, but no making units. You can change the type of unit it is, but not make new ones. You can make puppets and request their units, but you can't make more units yourself. Also, just fur fun, as part of my challenge you must have as many puppets as possible. No exceptions.

This seems to happen all the time with Man the Guns but like your game vichy and Italy just dominate Africa and it is also very common for Japan to dominate Asia and the Allies just lose all the time.
I'm still not sure that should we create 4th International or just complete realpolitik and invade all of Latin America so that we have enough power to invade the USSR. English isn't my first language but I hope I could describe my thoughts.

Everytime i try for the Mexican Achievements trotsky never shows up, i make sure i don't block him from coming either, he just never decides to show up
it seems that in 1.6.1 urss hates you (for strategic reason ???) so you can't join the comintern again if you leave. Which version are you using 1.6.0?
