True, but we have to start somewhere bc its getting ri-damn-diculous out there in them streets. If Memphis can take a page outta Pittsburgh handbook and it works gr8 if not mayb they can improve on what works and what doesn't or they can revamp to start over. Something has to give. Crime is getting way out of hand now. Starting anywhere is a start to getting us closer to a resolve.
