Ah well. Thanks for the tip, but right now mine won’t even move with a plastic wrench that’s designed to open it! I wish these things were more grip-friendly, especially for smaller hands, it’s a fight every time I need to change the filters!
My tip: Dont purchase Aquasana. They suck.
