Definitely possible but I would focus the most on getting your foot through the door with any speciality that you get. And afterwards changing.

How much does a consultant get in Sweden? Gross and after tax
Gross around 75,000 sek = 7,500 usd and after tax around 45000 sek = 4,500 usd. This can vary depending on where you work of course.
