Bruv, the truth in the words on this video. Failed on some farmer's walks Friday and beat myself up over it. Was able to do the weight a month ago, but now having dropped close to 40lbs in body weight, its really messed with me. I felt so damn weak. I had to think how ive overcome some very serious health issues and almost died. That close to 13 years ago I couldn't even walk on my own without a cane; That i had a feeding tube; that i thought it was the real END for me. Kevin's story got me through some shit times in life. Perseverance is something Im happy ive been able to cultivate in my life.
