- This is my first Structure Test. Please enjoy!
INSTRUCTIONS:
On your sheet of paper, write numbers 1 to 40 in columns.
Fill The Blank (15 questions)
Questions 1 -15 are Incomplete sentencs. Bneath each sentence you will see four words or phrases, marked (A), (B), (C), and (D). Choose the one option that best completes the sentence.
ERROR RECOGNITION
In questions 1 to 16 each sentence has four underlined words or phrases. The four underlined parts of the sentence are marked (A), (B), (C), and (D). Identify the one option that MUST BE CHANGED in order for the sentence to be correct

Thank you, this is really helpful, Especially for me who is going to take toefl next week. However, it’s much better if you put the number of question so once we want to check our error, then we can go back to find the question easily.

I feel like there are two possible answers for number 19. It's either A or C as they're supposed to be "unique" and "fourth"

"uniquely" is correct although we think that is just a distractor, obviously "four" is the error.
No. You cannot say "unique" since "uniquely" needs to be an adverb to modify "North American". You do not modify an adjective with another adjective. You need an adverb.

38/40, I didn't notice the comparativefrom question 25, and from number 5 I put the answer with the preposition ''about'' which cannot be possible but some others can be applied. Excellent!!

@@TomJerryMF remember, when you start a sentence without the noun itself, means it is a description, after that you put a comma, then you put the noun in which it was referred to from the 1st clause. It cannot be D because the llama didn't kept another pet, it is not a tutor jaja, C is the answer because is passive voice, meaning the llama was a pet kept by someone or something.

thank you these practice tests are really helpful. But please be sure that u write the abstracts correctly. For example in Question 28 u forgot the s from goods what changed the whole meaning of the sentence. Therefore it was really difficult to answer correctly.

guys i need help grading lol... i have 5 mistakes which are: 14 ,15 and 40. 21 , 29 [are blank] and i had 2 answers for numbers 19 and 34 [one is correct and the other is wrong in both questions] .... so how should i grade them? wrong cancels a correct one or what?

I think no 12 is D, because household should be "household"
The problem on C was just a typo. If you choose D as the answer, your sentence would not have a main verb. "Considered unique and exotic" is an appositive to the subject "the llama". Since the sentence is in the passive voice, you need to have a form of the verb to be (in this case, is) to complete the verb kept.

While needs to be used with a full sentence, so a correct answer would be like ‘While the organizing process is going on,’
Through needs to be used with a noun, which is portrayed in D.

It is ´cause we have an indefinite article "a" refers to a singular "thing" and locations must be written without "s" in its singular form, by the way, this problem is called word-formation.
Why 19 is C? should be the letter A.
