Hi PL, Love your dedicated work. I am a new player who only played psp disgaea when he was a kid. I decided to give this series a try with this D7 release. Might you be up to make a new-player guide, something step by step idrk, seem confused, tho I hadn't started playing due to time. Had also bought the DLC and am dedicated to committing to the series. Thank you once again for your work. I read through the videos, but most of the time, I am confused. I've seen a few other guides out there, but none seem to be doing anything related to new-player or new entry players. Nevertheless, I love your content, and hopefully, one day, I can understand them. Hehe.
Well, it's a month old comment, but maybe it will serve to others that could read this in the future: Really understandable to someone who played only the games from the PSP to be confused about the mechanics from the 7° game of the franchise. With me it was the same. I started with Makai Kingdom from the PS2 and after that played the titles from the PSP (D1, D2, ZHP, PB, etc). When I got 4 and 5 complete my head was exploding from so much new things to do lol. It's normal. Just try to play along for the initial chapters using the knowledge you already have from the previous titles and absorb the new things the game explains like rage metter and giant units.
Every PL videos: Just equipped every Evility and Items with the property you want (HL, EXP, MANA, etc) and one shot the lvl 9999 enemies in LoC Cave 5.
Can i suggest something as a follower Who Watch every of your Disgaea video? Yeah i appreciate all this tech video to maximize the farming and i Always use It but you can try maybe to make a video about powerleveling from scratch. Bc not everyone are in the end game and knows how to start. Maybe a video where step by step you explain all stage of powerleveling (like starting about unlocking Development support, then maybe use the buff skills 3x3 method of the demo, Then the heal+undead, and the rest until carnage etc etc).
@@Primalliquid92 you have a video where you Just listen some stages to gain some level and the demo farming method. I was wonder if of they are early method better than the demo where you are limited with the First 2 chapter and the normale gatcha.
@@level_994 at that point...just play the game. there is no reason why you can't just go through the story to the farming spots in the other video. Just by playing normally without grind, you can go beyond most of those stages. You seem to want some sort of instant power level or something. The fact is even Primal is spending hours cut out from the videos that are dedicated to doing the grinds and stuff, just to show us the most optimal things. You have to be willing to at least start yourself though and get to the point to even consider those things. I'll be 100% real with you, a lot of these strats? you shouldn't even consider or worry about until you clear the story, but if all you want to do is rush the power fantasy, you still are going to be putting in dozens of hours to open these methods. Enjoy the story, its there to give you something to look forward to before you go on a power gaming spree. Disgaea is very consistent in how getting your first 9999 feels like a chore, but after you do it ONE TIME, you'll find it becomes something to do in seconds.
@@Ravenleaf182 bc actually Is the fun things on disgaea for me be powerleveled earlier tò Dash through the story content super fast. And even if Is not the case the process from the end story and be ready ti powerleveling Is not that clear and simplex and doing stages for ages without preparation or strategy Is basically a waste of time. Btw mine Is a suggestion i m a navigate disgaea player and i dont have this problem. I m currently chapter 2 10hrs in with over 20M stats
@@Primalliquid92 I genuinely could only find 1 of the videos in your playlist. It's too many videos with too long titles. No idea how to max mana, get mana evilities, what DLC character has the Prinny evility, etc. We know from achievement rates that most people don't even get to the postgame. Maybe you need a separate playlist and put the link in every video description. Even on Reddit people say to watch your videos but I don't know which ones.
The end-game guides are great but as some people are mentioning, there's just enough detail omitted that it's not super useful for players who aren't already able to level to 9999. For example: How do i get all of the specific evilties? If I don't have them, what should I be targeting to obtain them? One of the steps in this guide is "have 8+ other units with max mana". Okay?? You have an early farming guide from the demo period but is that still the best early grind in the full game? And then there's the basic stuff. Just getting to level 40 to start the farming grind is a struggle but is it supposed to be? Is there a method to use prior to getting there? When do you unlock the different shops? Ie- juice bar and squads, etc. How to get the first 800 CP for the cheat shop? The basic stuff needs to be covered too I think, but I'm enjoying this content.
Well, this is clearly a end game/near end game guide, so I would think that it's not aimed at newcomers/veterans that just started the game. I think the first step would be to clear chapter 3, so you'll have the majority of things you need to do a real powerlevel (martialgahara for exemple).
1 star is enough for lvl 9999 in final martial. they also only have 5m stats. none of these translation or glitch are in the pc or switch version... ps version seems to be bad...
@@RanEncounter i'm talking about how every single translation error mentionned were not on the pc version from day 1. none of them. and the switch is the same. Quest? it says healing item and not angel cake. evilities? no problem there except the bizzare wording of some damage ones but if you played disgaea 3,4,5 and/or 6 then it's the exact same. Item property? no problem there either. So really, I'M the one who should be asking what are you all on about? I've been playing nonstop from the minute it was released on steam and switch in my country, 3 october, around noon. and NONE of the translation issues popped up. I still havent closed my game once so there has not been any update for me... even though there are two or three waiting. So yeah, it's ONLY playstation pre-order and press review version that have these issues.
@@RanEncounter well then you must have the ps4 version from pre-order because I didn't se a single mistranslated thing anyone mentionned from anywhere. I play in english and I have yet to see anything I saw in PrimalLiquid's videos or your rants. so it's obviously from the pre-order or the press review versions... or UK thing... or playstaytion only.
@@theprinnyranger How the heck do I have a ps4 version on the switch and PC? You are not making any sense. Literally I can see the same mistranslations right now.

hardly (HL i dont even suggest doing this stage for one) but of course the best exp farm is the same as the best mana farm, just different set ups
Can't wait to see how crazy shit with get with the dlc

I love the need for the clarification that this isn't another gacha guide, heh.
It really does feel like that is a large portion of the grind.

Exactly he goes form 0 to 100 in a minute. This is only for people who already have 9999lv characters and all those evilties
i have a video called "the best 5 early farming stages"
