I loved NYC until the cops got out of control, housing became a Luxury and penny crunching to survive has been absolutely rediculous. I ready to migrate up north, down south or our west because sh************t.
I watched Williamsburg piers go from 1995 to 2024 every step of the way.
The condos are absolutely amazing and the views from the 32nd floor are amazing. I did ubereats one time and a customer let me in her house just to drop the food off. I saw that skyline and that was transformational. Baby steps... williamsburg will be a temporary home before or after I make Miami and Puerto Rico one too.

Fellow Harley Rider here from up in Canada just wanted to say that I have been enjoying watching you ride around New York and look forward to getting out there with my bike one of these days although I probably won't be as daring as you with the red lights. On the up note I am taking my bike down to Florida next week so at least I have some new stomping ground to ride around. Stay safe out there.
