And the reason that I have much more resources on Dutch than yellow is I have ships on gold, and also pesants on plantations, because when you playing as Dutch you need very large amount of gold, and not much amount of food.

2) Just overwrite the base game with mod, about link try to find the tutorial video on youtube...
3) Make a copy of aoe3 directory before installing multiple mods
4) About DE, I think that mod will NOT be ported. Because there many issues from DE.
