We’re renting a guest house at the back of the main house. We applied for rental assistance last time it was available in LA. They prioritized apartment address than residential. They never replied at all with our application. My wife & I lost both our jobs and score went bad, I paid Lexington Law to help me fix my credit for months and they did not fix anything except my attitude about how "good" they are. I canceled them once I saw nothing happening Ty i have been using *850 credit restoration* since few weeks, great way to build. I LOVE IT
Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *850credit restoration* service , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

@@calibleu7532 Apply with the SBA. get a 7(a) loan. It took a while (about a month and a half to finalize and close the loan) but I got $20k.

I have 2 chapter 13’s that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is bcz I did n+ot use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, but the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2021. Since I’m looking to purchase a home soon but still there. This was the best information that I have EVER come across. As a Financial Advisor I am always looking for people to support clients that have these issues and can explain what is going on without them "wasting" money with no results. Bruh I had a 799 and I bought two properties and the bank I had been dealing with didn’t set up my auto deduct payment withdrawal. Went two months not knowing and got hit hard on my credit. I called my lender and she acted like there wasn’t anything she could do. I wouldn’t be at a high score like that without being responsible, I cannot believe after using *discreet phase resolution* they pay off collections and charge offs, my credit score is going between 670-843 in few weeks 🥰🥰

You speak the truth about having affirmations of having your own gym business and writing a business plan. That’s good to know in finding funding or an angel investor. I definitely want to leave my 9-5 job to have my own art business.

Rarely do I comment but I had to thank you for this Video! It is very hard to find someone with business advice that tells you the "Actual" steps. They all say you got to change your attitude or whatever.....But do what? What are the steps. Depending on grant funding for individual startups business is a bit understanding but it doesn’t provide financial balance since awarded funds is being spent in the advantage of one’s society
Depending on how you apply grants can be relied on as financial stability because grants are often a lucrative way to finance your goal. But most apply without proper and adequate risk management which results to them only getting approved for very small grant or not even getting a grant at all

Nah I don’t any counsel, but i allow an attorney handle my applications,so i learn while i earn,i have even been able to grow my projects with the persistent funding i get back in the process
Funding should be an easier process. I will always rely on the service offered by recommended advocates so as to create financial balance
I would commend a different income source,most especially if you’re starting out a new project,grants are very competitive so it cant be depended on as assurance
