He’s my personal favorite day in the life TH-camr (along with one other that I’ve been trying to find again for years rip) and a lot of the stuff in his videos motivate me to do better, even with my anxiety and struggle to stay in a positive mindset at times. hi there :) I'm also SE and I have been inspired by akiflow to create my own app only for me and my gf. I integrated JIRA, teams, outlook, Google Calendars (multiple into one), todos, shopping lists, chat (and it's super easy to add sth to shopping list or create event in cal just by holding the msg and selecting option). It's super helpful and recommend doing it as a practice and at the end you will be very rewarded :) keep the good work Luke

just take a beginner course in python and see how you like 1. coding and 2. how you deal with situations where youre stuck
because the number 2. is key to handle as a developer

hey luke, unfortunely, even though i made all the money I will ever need now, and yes, i know im 13 and its stupid and yes whatever, but i have really bad body dysmorphia, it only started after i shaved my head because i was so consistent with gym and shit, but i dont even want to go to the gym because i feel everyone judjes me, first off, i know this is normal, and it will go away soon, but its really bothering me, any advice? alsoi im trying to grow out my hair like u and its a good size now, but its in that awkard stage, any advice? thanks alot luke, hope ill get there some day, i really want to be at ur age, because i also made enough money from working so hard that i can buy cars already, i quit dropshipping because im legit set for a long time, ik its so weird and probably u wont believe it, but even if u dont make the effort to believe so u can give me some advice, the biggest obstacle is body dysmorphia, i hope it will get better... i just kind of want to be an adult already, it feels like my looks are holding me back the most, even though a part of me nows i dont even look ba,d and get complimented alot..

the success you have today is based on your past actions, but if you stop doing those things then the future you will not have those same benefits
also fitness is one of those things that truly requires that long term thinking, nothing will happen in a week, it takes years, but its a lifestyle change, you have to make it a part of YOU and then fitness becomes easy and fun
again the body you will have in 5 years is based on the actions you do TODAY onwards
and trust me if anyone sees a young dude in the gym they will think to themselves "damn that guy has the right mindset" and respect it. no one will judge someone else for trying to better their lives i promise
