Sun at 14 deg / Mars at 11 deg of Libra (5H): Raised in a very authoritarian household in which it was my parents way or the highway. No room for discussion or expression of how circumstances or actions made me/my siblings feel. This felt deeply unfair/unjust, and seeded in me a sense of mistrust and resentment towards my parents and authority figures. On the lighter side, as a child and teen I found great enjoyment and classical music, theatre, and costuming. As an adult, I spent much of my 20s working as a reproductive healthcare provider and reproductive rights advocate.
Libra moon here. I honestly could not have come up with a better list! Ugh god I wish I had this video as a child. Emotional harmony was something I was always seeking as a child. And when chaos was present - it was intensely threatening. Thank you for this, Adam
I second this. I am a 4H Libra Sun conjunct Pluto and it can be hard. Also how uncomfortable it is if everyone in the home is not happy. If two people in the home are not getting along the need to feel like you need to fix it. The learning that you can’t control everything is a huge lesson for us.
My 20 month old daughter with her sun in Libra likes to share her food with me and our cats. She also likes to pick up trash, likes to stay clean, and asks me to wipe things off. Level 1 Libra lol ❤
The first thing that I was hoping you would talk about for libra children is their need for fairness. And it was the first thing on your list. Libra sun, mercury, Saturn, and Jupiter here. Love this, thank you!
It’s so wild to me how vividly this defines my daughter. The way she is at school, socially and in relation to her looks how everything often has to be “just so”. I can definitely see these tendencies deepening into activism or even politics in the future. (No pressure from me there!) Her moon, mars, north node, ceres and vesta are all in the 10th opposing her stellium in Aries. Thank you for this! It’s so enlightening.
I’m a Libra sun-Mars cazimi baby, and I think #4 was my favorite- Supporting the acceptance of chaos. The feeling of things being “out of my control” and therefore unable to become balanced or beautiful through my own Libran gifts or efforts, is probably one of the most uncomfortable feelings I deal with. Chaos is always hard for me, but when I accept that things won’t always “be pretty or nice or sweet”, and that I can’t control everything (out of good-spiritedness, of course, bc all Libras want to do is make everything feel nice *for everyone*), I’m able to re-find that “peace” I’m always in search of. Then I feel better.
My libra grandchild with a stellium in the 5th house- such a peaceful child, seeking beauty in energy and in substance in her world. She is very loving and caring. Blessed with gifts in the creative arts also.
This was so on point! As a parent on a Libra child this has definitely been my observations, specifically with making choices based on his wants verses others. He’s so connected to beauty and order. He’s both a Libra ☀️ and 🌙
"..Music is the soul moving in sound" Agreed! Making playlists based on each planet/sign archetype really helped solidify my understanding of astrology. Would love to see this as a series :)
Helps explain so much of my father’s personality(Libra Sun, Moon, Venus, north node, and Mercury)and why my own birth chart has a real heavy dose of Saturn. Real great insights into helping me understand a man that I love but find it really difficult in holding space for, thank you! I’ve had such a bad taste in my mouth in regards to my relationship with my father, but this helped me become more curious than shut down.
Omg it took soooo much meditation over the last few years for me to learn these things about myself! Mind blow- thank you so much for this series Adam!
So good!! This is the first one I listened to in this series. I got so much out of it that I’m going to go back and listen to all the others you did in this series so far!
As I'm reparenting myself, my Libra ascendant thanks you .🙏💖 Very insightful ideas for how to talk to myself when I need to redirect my flow, instead of listening to old bad parenting scripts that bring me down.
Thank you Adam, as a Libra - so good to hear. That lightness of the heart thing is something that I have always needed - and I always thought about that myth as really important. I wish everyone realised how important keeping your heart light in every way is really the most important thing >thanks again, you are a great philosopher.
Thanks Adam, I’ve been following your channel for a while, and feel that this series is really your mastery level work. Your understanding of this is really mind blowing. Congratulations. I’m going to have to look back for a few more episodes. Really grateful you are taking the time to guide this community through zodiacal parenting 😊 🌟🙏
I only learned since I discovered astrology 7 years ago that what was inherit in me was related to my Venus and Mercury conjunct in libra ♎️. I think my Virgo sun and Capricorn rising also add to my need for structure, symmetry, balance, fairness, order and beauty in my environment, work and the way I parented. However I was the black sheep in my family who could care less about beauty, order, structure, fairness. Learning about this part of myself was very validating and liberating! I’m not crazy I’m just me!
I feel so very seen especially with #5 as I'm a libra rising, a non-binary musician who is obsessed with deconstructing the theory in a natural flowing manner where the scales and chord progressions start off from a solid base and float away into uncharted territory, almost embracing the chaos of not sticking to the theory. I am so excited to be taking your year 2 course next month as well. You are such a beacon of knowledge and love Adam I love you so much dude!
I find those perspectives so rewarding and I'm asking myself: maybe we should extent this being careful with judgements (eg about superficiality) to all kids anyways. Everyone goes through phases of exploration and grows over time. Thanks so much for reminding, it's helped me a lot lately.
This was an episode I almost slept on, but figured.. This episode got a little into how I ended up actually INITIALLY diving into astrology (before traditional). Libra placements are strong (more so in traditional) where friends were taken back I’m a natal Leo sun and not libra sun. Some topics: I was in a relationship for 7 years and the statement I made at the end that caused a long silence was saying, to the contrary, we never did anything I ever actually wanted to do. Her mistake (which is common ESPECIALLY in relationships where they know sun sign is Leo) is my overall tone is selfishness, but it’s actually the mentioned libra adaptability where I’ll get sort of withdrawn being exhausted by having to keep balance by constantly adapting. Astrology fits in as it was used as a utility to figure out ME as opposed to WE. Venus/Mars/Pluto conjunction very close to the ascendant. Plus, ultra confusing since Venus/mars are in mercury terms with Mercury in Leo in that I can do the libra contrarianism where it can be convincing the contrary is my actual view. It could be the contrary or I may not have a view at all on a topic. I had an 8 hour crash on the goddess’s so this episode fit well. Artemis being the ruler of astrology at one point was interesting (very early statues wearing the zodiac) and the sun as originally feminine and moon masculine is fascinating. Artemis used as an example, the goddesses were often guarded by lions or felines beasts. The great sphinx is an example of the solar lion goddess. The positive libra traits are definitely the adaptability, if the subject of anything topical comes up I will definitely pay attention to listen to the nuances. Yet, sometimes it’s hard to tell. If I was asked about my current 12th house research related to Babylonian demonology, I’d sound very dismissive when I am also reading another book (Before: Children’s Memories of Past Lives) that actually supports what’s said in the beliefs of the Babylonian tablets. I’d just say responding to my seeming dismissiveness is that Babylonians didn’t likely believe in demons; we inserted that where they’re actually referring to “spirits” of people deceased in most cases. The book on children’s memories (especially one chapter) may creep out the reader more than the Babylonian one. One kid has to be restrained saying it’s his brothers fault for not having the parents he wanted and they were supposed to be the children of the mothers sister, it was the brothers fault for not “wanting to be born”. Their aunt was pregnant with twins but one baby rolled over on the umbilical chord causing both to die by miscarriage. He tried again to be born from the aunt, but his now cousin was inhabiting the new body so he had a different mother. Yet, his former twin ended up his brother anyways. Also, cases of haunting former parents etc. these are in the ancient Babylonian texts as potential “bad spirits”. The split with death in the 4th and 8th, this aligns also where there’s higher statistical probability with recollections of death and between lives in sudden or violent deaths as an “idle spirit” (8th) and higher statistics of existing in another realm in what would be the 4th. those are ones where the spirit follows the body to burial or cremation staying with the body for several years. I’m going way off topic. Well, libra is the thema mundi 4th so I somehow managed to stay on topic, actually. Well, this was about children so… 😂
As for #2 and the child being able to be in two different worlds…could this manifest inside their mind as a coping mechanism? For example, (especially with Libra moon) disassociation? Going off the example of a child of divorce, say the child is in a family unit (with both parents) that is dysfunctional, and they have to find ways to cope by escaping that way?
When looking at this series what placement should we look up? What's the most aligned with this series? Rising? Sun? Moon? I'm assuming rising and sun?
Sun 00 deg Libra, Ascendant 24 deg Libra - sun is in stellium with Mars 29 degrees Virgo, Moon 26 degrees Virgo (plus Mercury at 12 degrees Virgo, Pluto 2 degrees Virgo). Can anyone comment on this conjunction / stellium that sits right across the cusp, with Sun at 00 Libra, conjunct Mars 29 Virgo and Moon 26 Virgo?? I'm particularly interested to know if there's anything special or interesting about a conjunction that sits across two signs. Thanks!
♎︎☾♇AC That last point resonated so strongly. I’m in the process of learning to lead with my heart, which has been quite the journey for me. This was validating.
You found me. My stellium is complicated... Possibly. However, I feel that understanding the relationship between my planets and these five basic principles that need support is key to healing the hurt of my childhood. I submit my lineup in Libra for your kind review: 2'57" Pluto 4'48" Pallas 5'32" Mid Heaven 14'46" Mars 19'27" Uranus 24'1" Ceres Oh, and my Sun says, "I can still see you guys back there!" arriving at just 0'25" on the threshold of Scorpio, ready to dive deep. Ma'at and I have become good friends lately. ✨🫀⚖️🪶✌️ PS: Are there any herbs associated with my planets and their position that I could use to balance my road ahead?
Libra - “Upholding of the dignity of all beings”....order beauty balance symmetry fairness, philosophically and morally ❤
i'm watching this to reparent myself ♥ i´m in for the inner child, thank you
