Thanks for the awesome tour and education. Huge tailings indicates they moved lots of material... and with the abundance of limonite, you could almost smell the gold ! Nice specimens too! 🤠⛏⚒👍 Must be very fertile ground near the outhouse, with all that tall vegetation. Lol !!
I am so glad I found your channel. My Grandfather worked many mines from Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado back in the 30s and 40s. He took me as a kid to many abandoned mines and old prospect holes all over Arizona. I am hoping to get back to exploring these incredible mineral Caches! Wish I had any idea where we had explored, because I would do it all over again. You are so much fun to watch, your excitement is contagious! Thank you Elley!
thanks! and thats awesome if you have seen some of these years ago. I wish you luck finding the places you went before! I hope you see some of the places in my videos and thank you so much for watching :)
Hi I enjoy your videos If your ever in bullhead city again I would love to hike with you and learn from you You are my kind of people ☀️😎😃 Have a great day!!
Another great explore! Think Dan's right about scuba diving in it. Rain water dissolving the sulfides do create H2SO4 so i think i'd check the pH before i'd take that plunge. Wonder array of crystals. Stay safe, see you on the next.
Awesome video.. I love watching your videos you explain so much about the rocks n minerals in the area.. Keep the videos coming but please be safe n careful.. I love your enthusiasm about the junk piles old buildings and especially the rocks, I'm the same way I love rock hunting..
It’s great to hear your husband/boyfriend, talking smack in the back ground made me laugh, makes the video a lot better! slight comic relief, sounds like my wife.
That was really cool! You have any idea when they started only selling dynamite to licensed people? I would assume in the 1800's they would sell to anyone. Also it's a shame the mine is so collapsed. The walls inside might really sparkle if it was accessible.
What a lot of fun things to see there.it looks like really had fun and the parting gift was perfect. What will you do wirh it?. Keep the fun coming. Be happy, safe and stay healthy.
I have looked for this explanation. And I cannot find one. I am assuming when they were looking at the courts rock, they saw all the black tourmaline in it and someone just randomly called the black pearl. But there’s no history on the name.
Hey Elley, nice to meet you at the Phoenix Gold Show. We do enjoy your videos. Thank you.
Thank you soo much

Why is it called Black Pearl Mine?
