I had a vegan co worker who wanted to show me that he can pull it off, he went back to meat after 2 months because he was of no use at work. I had friends going vegan. They were not able to go out at +13°C and lower because they started shivering at +16°C indoors. There are so many evolutionary drawbacks at the moment, that going full 180° is actually rather stupid, if you look at it from a rational and logical stand point. I f it hurts your soul that you are eating something that was once alive, go vegan, do it, but don't spread misinformation. Veganism is not good for humans. If you wanna go vegan, you have to spend your whole life slowly making your way to it, we are bound to animal meat. Nothing that you or any scientist that wanted to prove omnivores wrong says, can deny this fact.
Look how bonded that mother and baby are. Look how protective that mother is with her baby, just like humans. Just remember: everytime you drink dairy milk or eat cheese, a baby calf had to be taken from it's mother just after birth so that humans could steal its mother milk. If it is a female calf, she will be raised until 4 to 5 years old, forced impregnated over and over again just like her mother. Once she has been "spent" (over bred and over milked), she will be shipped off to be slaughter. If it is a male calf, it will be chained to a tiny box with a chain only a few feet long until it is about 6 weeks old, then it will be slaughtered for "veal". Every decision you make when eating animal products effects the lives of innocent animals. That's why choosing a plant based lifestyle is better for not only your own health, but the lives of innocent animals and the planet we live on.
