    This yoga flow is perfect for those of you that have always wanted to achieve the splits or if you’re simply looking to gain more flexibility in your legs and open up the hips. Before you press play, I just wanna say the intention of this video is NOT to get you into a perfect front split in 30 minutes. What this yoga sequence will do is get you CLOSER to the splits every time you do it.
    Make sure you take your time with the stretches. Listen to your body, be patient, stay dedicated to daily practice and you will get the results you are looking for ❤️
