    I love when modern science catches up with ancient wisdom! The benefits of this meditation have been studied and include so many benefits. Here are a few of my favorites: increase positive emotions, activates empathy and emotional processing, and curbs self-criticism! These effects can be felt in the short-term and long-term. What effects do you notice when practicing this metta (loving-kindness) meditation?
