I love Kara. She's so persistent. Did you know it took he only 7 years of auditioning for the same show till she landed WICKED after graduating college? Also I saw Kevin Massey (Kara's hubby) go on for Huey in Memphis. She was there that night and some of the NEWSIES cast came on their day off from tech.

Theres no way they can style the actress's hair that quickly in that amount of time. So either way, theres no real difference, she's going to end up wearing a wig anyway. (and lets not forget that a blond played elphaba once!!)

It'd be pretty difficult to go from waves to tucked away to fully curled in a matter of 30 minutes.
