Ok, I never comment on YT videos, but since comments are part of your vision board then I wanted to just let you know that this is a really great, simple, tactical, and actionable vision board. When I first started my business I was able to get it off the ground and immediately profitable with visualization. Action is easier to take when you know what the result you're seeking is. However, now at year 3 and with our rapid growth I've noticed myself getting caught up in the day to day too much and not stepping back and focusing on the vision. I'm going to send this to my employees so we can make this a team activity to end the year with. Thanks again and keep up the great content.

I used to be skeptical, but last year, while applying to graduate schools, I made a couple of vision boards with pictures of my dream school and the life I wanted to live. I then set them as my wallpapers. After getting into my dream program and moving to a different country, I went through my old wallpapers and realized something incredible-I achieved everything I’d visualized! I had completely forgotten about those old boards! Everything lined up perfectly! I had images of a keyboard, sunsets, and more, or something more silly like buying a bag, and now I have all of them in my home. That’s when I really understood the power of vision boards. I plan to make more for next year, and I hope I can visualize everything well! ✨:))

This video got me thinking about one time when I was at a art therapy training (I'm a psychologist and psychotherapist in training) and we made collages roughly as big as the vision board in your video. I had some insights at the time of making the collage but what stuck out to me was the fact that I continued having them and kept noticing more and more details and nuances of the imaged I had chosen and the way I had ordered them every time I looked at it. Images really do have a lot of power and I've noticed that I'm rarely actually aware of the reason they attracted me in the first place. Sometimes I think I have an idea of the reason and other times I kind of just "feel" the image is right. Whatever the case, afterwards I come to some understanding of what made me choose it and get some insight. Of course, this was less structured than the vision board you're describing here, but it made me wonder if this would have a similar effect of surprise and insight. Guess I'll have to find out once I make my own! Thank you again for the practical and inspiring video, Deya! I think it is great you kept the third step as foundation, because most people have an irregular way to get that kinda motivation and usually get it at the wrong time. I would also add one thing in it (idk if it would go on a vision board or not but i feel like it is really important). That is, to process the emotions that are preventing you to take the step 2 and think about them logically. So many times i’ve seen that the reason of my procrastination isn’t me being lazy or without purpose, it is the emotions. And since i have a habit to show empathy for everything and see things logically, i end up having long discussions with myself figuring out the solution to my procrastination. It is different for everyone but processing and analysing emotions is really powerful in creating any business. Anyway, amazing video!

totally understand! i was super skeptical of vision boards as well + needed something more concrete/actionable in it. You know, I've never made a vision board for just my business before, I usually combine all of the things in a single vision board, but maybe 2025 is the year to change that. I have big plans and goals for the year for my business! Curious if you will do an updated business revenue breakdown at some point, since your goal is 500k? I'd be curious as someone who has hit the six-figure stage and is working toward that as well, but I'm definitely a few steps behind you. :) Cheers~
Thank you so much Deya for this video. I'm listened to Roxie Nafousis Manifest book where she talks about vision boards but didn't take action until you laid out the process through this video. It felt so good to go through the process, and I had so much fun creating "sticky note" assets in photoshop to give it the more tangible feel that you're physical version had and just this last weekend the Universe has already gifted me some financial abundance which tells me its ALREADY working but super looking forward to growing my Etsy business this year as that was one thing in my vision board I had! Hi! Just found your channel this week and have watched several of your vids. Nice! Def going to share with my audience :-) Anyway, I really like this approach to vision boarding. I sell a vision boarding digital product and think some of your ideas are going to be added into v2.0. However, I think that I'm going to add in a horizontal layer above your Part 3 section ("Gonna need a bigger board"). I feel like there's a possible gap btw the Actions and the You sections: the tools/systems/knowledge needed to do the Actions effectively and efficiently so that you can accomplish the Vision AND take care of You. So, in my new section, I'm going to include things like a tidy and geared up workspace, some of the key software tools i need, books/podcasts/courses I want to consume, productivity and mindset tips and inspo quotes -- that sort of thing. Whatcha think?
haven't watched this video yet but I'd love to see a video where you talk about detaching your feelings from the business. e.g. I believe I can make a hell of a lot of money doing the things I love, but my love for the things sometimes gets in the way of it. I do vision boards this way too. More abstract but I do it with a friend who is great at teasing out why I might have been drawn to something.

haven't watched this video yet but I'd love to see a video where you talk about detaching your feelings from the business. e.g. I believe I can make a hell of a lot of money doing the things I love, but my love for the things sometimes gets in the way of it. I love what I do but my earnings make me think that I'm only doing it for the money, and then I feel like I don't love it anymore. it's a matter of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation but I really struggle with it sometimes, what do you think?
same goes for youtube, I'd love to start a channel for fun and income opportunities but I'm not sure how to separate those, which parts of the youtube journey should I do for fun and which ones for the income opportunities?
