I just got back from Mongolia. You've got to be there next and you'll love it. Meat in Mongolia has got to be the most inexpensive in the world. I found everything to be really cheap compared to in Thailand.
Everytime I watch Mark's videos, I get soooo damn hungry. I always find myself looking for food around the house, but my junk food doesnt taste anything like all the delicious food in the videos.

It's not so much that they speak English. If anyone's traveling there, I'd recommend that you pick up some basic Japanese like Mark does here. It's the least you could do as guests. Americans especially seem to expect people to know how to speak English no matter where they go.

The lamb looks great. Last year I took a friend to the restaurant in Flushing. NY that Mark went to. I got the spicy cumin Muslim lamb at Fu Run. Great tasting. I see all that snow on the sidewalk. Here in NYC that would be a violation if after a certain amount of hours that snow is not removed...or salt sprinkled on it. People fall and break bones on ice.

Well you can eat lots of meat and not get overweight. He doesn't like sweets to much so his only carbs would be from what ever rice and noodle he eats. He is more a seafood/Meatatarian, sorta like the keto diet lol.
