The flavours of the South - wow! Just awesome. Some of the best comfort foods are right here. I appreciate your showcasing foods for people with allergies and special dietary needs. The beignets look mouthwatering. Sounds like they did well with gluten-free option too. The tacos look great too! Ruby Slipper is a great place for some real wholesome breakfast food. I think French toast for me, but that bacon looks perfect.

Wow New Orleans looks amazing and wow the food looks great! Ive been advised I need to be gluten free myself and its definitely challenging when travelling. Breakfast looked so tasty and those salads wow! So cool so many places are gluten free the soup looks great as did the cheesey dish (forgotten the name) Great video guys so much good food!
It is hard to travel and be gluten free. Luckily it's getting better when top chefs who have friends or family with gluten allergies so they're trying harder for them. Not to mention how much more it costs. We have to do a bit of research before our trips or we use the app Find Me Gluten Free in a pinch. Thanks for dining with us! Hopefully one day soon we'll get to do a gluten free tour across the pond.

I'm not coeliac but my body doesn't always enjoy Gluten, but the food is usually so rubbish. It is great to see so much GF there! Such a shame the waffle place has closed.
Luckily it's getting more popular and people really do feel better eating GF, and we really feel like GF options have gotten a lot better over the past few years in the big cities at least. Yes Waffle on Maple was going to be a regular stop for our visits, it was close to the airport. I hope they passed on their recipes to someone else.

We can definitely say the gluten free world is getting better. You'll have to let us know what you think and if you find any new places.

NOLA is such a great place to visit, we really recommend it. The food, the music and they have a lot of festivals, but don't go around the summer 😰😰
