I have read about others complaining about this and was concerned - i have NOT even noticed them on. Changes nothing for my knee positioning but I'm 5'9" - maybe taller folks w longer legs have issues?
i ended up greasing the evotech bolts with "Grease B" molybdenum grease per the shop manual because I noticed after a few heat/cold cycles and vibrations, the bolt would back out slightly at 90 NM. Maybe my torque wrench sucks though lol . Hopefully retorqued with grease on threads like the stock bolts will ensure it doesnt corrode and that it properly tightens
Nice, nice, very nice! Oh piece of candy.... CB360!!! Wow, how do you feel knowing that that your crazy new water pump is finally protected? That's a really nice bit of kit. Great protection for sure, and once again, props for mounting it right off the go!
Nice! I have both the Evotech frame sliders and the radiator guard...great stuff! Surprised you haven't opted to upgrade the forward turn signal assemblies to the scrolling, flush-mounted LEDs. Cleans the bike up a LOT, and one less thing protruding to get damaged if the bike gets dropped.
@@ducatinyc Apparently I haven't. And I totally get the one-at-a-time thing too. This shit starts to get expensive...this much I also understand all too well 😉
Hello. I bought the Evotech kit and I've watched this video a few times to understand how to apply the kit to my Monster. But I need help, I have to buy tools and I don't know the dimensions of the screws to remove and apply, to buy them correctly. Can you provide this information? Please. Thanks.
Have an Evotech radiator cover on my BMW right now. Seem like a quality group of people working there; they'll continue to get my support. If I got frame sliders they'd be Evotech -- they're one of the few mfgs who formulates their own plastic compounds for the sliders. Good stuff.
@@ducatinyc Original owner of my bike had Evotech cylinder head covers installed; I replaced them w/Machineart Moto covers. The brand isn't as important, just so long as we have something to protect our babies when they fall. And if going down at speed, insurance is still likely going to consider the bike totalled -- with sliders you typically have a much better chance of being able to ride it home.
Great stuff, #evotec. Easy to follow with the headcam. Hey, your zdf tv appearance gets a second prime-time air tomorrow (sat) evening on 3sat channel. Those are not on yt, but they have webstreaming of course.
Yea, thats kind of why I share these non how to how to's. Its more to show that its all easy and possible. Folks can use instructions for actual directions :)
Hey brother. If you want to loose some weight (belly) Ozempic your friend. I've lost 30lb +. I'm still loosing (and I need to). You don't have to be a diabetic for it to work (I'm Not). HTH I haven't felt better in years.
I've heard folks talk about it before, not a big fan of taking meds but might look into it. Truth be told my BEER belly is probably due to BEER. That is the only place i'm fat at.
Не вы не путаете ничего, я действительно родился в Москве и русский. Я сделал пару видео по-русски где я объясняю мою историю надо сделать ещё новенький
Evotech is top of the line, dont cheap out on safety unless you're broke.
Never cheap out on safety gear and equipment.
I love watching videos on how to unbox :). Going for a ride today and bringing the GoPro. Evotech is good stuff man. :)
Evotech is the truth :) Ride safe amigo.

@@ducatinyc I am also 175cm. After I fit these on, I felt the edge of the crash bar. I mean it is barely there.

Interesting. I have not checked the torquer specs since install. I should.

Had to plop it on there immediately, big fan of protection for bike and body. The CB is mint. So many CB's come thourhg Dirty Billy,
Looking good. I have an Evotech radiator guard, oil cooler guard, and their tail tidy on my bike. It is the good stuff.
Thank you sir. I went with Motodynamic tail tidy, before I get a proper intergrated light and hide the plate away.
That's the very first thing I did with my bike as well. Evotech is the only brand I go with for ducati
I have no idea how some folks ride without sliders.
@@ducatinyc same people who enjoy watching money burn or don't wear gear while riding.

i have evotech on my z900 cafe. looks good feels primo. idk if they work. thats a good thing. lol
Hopefully you won't find out but I assure you, from personal experience, these sliders are dreamy.
I am glad I am not the only one who drops his bike all the time :)
#evotech
It’s all part of the fun
Do those sliders dig into the knees?
I've heard of that but perhaps i'm not tall enough or something. So no. I'm 5'9"
Can you advise how to install the middle protection from Evotech or any link pls. As saw u see in mobile phone.
Not sure what you mean - this is the how to video for crash protection from Evotech.
Just out of curiosity, why don’t you use the motorcycle lift that’s empty right beside you ???
I use it all the time, but didn’t feel like it this time. Sometimes it’s nice to just sit on the floor.

Duc, you might wanna put some blue thread lock on the bolts since the torque specs are so low
Not a bad idea.
