Hey, I am wearing this right now! It does leave a tacky finish and my hair gets stuck to it, so I prefer the Watery Essence for daily wear. I also find it a bit difficult to reapply the Protect Lotion, because of the tackiness. The next layer takes some effort to apply. But I think for me, the Protect Lotion is a good one for a 1-2 hr exercise, where I apply it once, do my sweating, and then come home and shower.
Its one of my favorites for water resistant. I will say it does have a mild floral scent but it goes away pretty fast but the alcohol does hit you a bit. It feel tacky at first but then settles and feels like nothing.
Btw lrp uvmune will launch the oil Control gel creme and fluid, and Vichy will launch capital soleil uv-clear fluid matte fluid, so u have another 3 spf to test, they are launch (officialy) in march but some shops have this.spf rn
I tried this and would definitely repurchase. You have to be careful about shaking well and applying fairly quickly I would say because as the alcohol evaporates, you get areas where product is already dry and some still wet, so looks patchy until it all evaporates/is rubbed in

For me it's especially frustrating in summer, when sunscreens even the most water resistant ones seeps into my eyes with sweat. Looking forward for a water resistant formula using only modern filters.
I use Hello Bello mineral around my eyes. Almost a tacky texture, hasn't dripped into my eyes yet in summer. This sunscreen I wouldn't use any other place with whitecast & scent.

I love that sunscreen. Being dark-skinned it's so hard to find a sunscreen with no cast that doesn't burn the eyes. At worst they may feel a little watery after a few hours, but no blinding painful stinging.
I have sensitive skin especially my eye area, i am also very oily and acne prone but this is the only sunscreen that doesn't sting!!! like how most sunscreen do (even la roche posay). This works so well under makeup! It does have a faint scent but goes away quickly.. i will never go back!!! This is the best 💯
I hateee Oxtinaxate. It causes so many allergies, burns my eyes. I wish more brands wouldnt use it. This would be perfect for me if it didnt have that UV filter😢
@@sknight2810 most japanese sunscreens use the old filters (Oxtinaxate, octocrylene). I dont know if im spelling it right but old filters burn my eyes. I cant use most japanese sunscreens. Thats why i love alot of the new Korean sunscreens. Alot of them use only new filters like Beauty of Joseon and they dont burn my eyes

It actually is fragranced and I can definitely smell it, if fragrance is something you avoid this is absolutely not for you. Don't know where he gets that from that this doesn't smell. It does. Not unpleasent to me though.

I just bought this sunscreen and it does remind me of the LRP Anthelios UV Protection... I too prefer this product over the LRP... And the price is wayyyyy cheaper than the LRP

Japan Nivea are also made by kao (kao have license to nivea brand in jp) so they are really simmilar to biore spf's

Yes I developed an allergy to it by using Biore sunscreen… the dermatologist gave me a cream but it took months for my face to clear up 😢

This is my holy grail. It doesn't sting my eyes, and it moisturizes well. I don't use any moisturizers underneath.
I liked so many things about this, but it stayed tacky on my skin all day long with my hair sticking to my face. Therefore not a holy grail for me 😔

It’s safe in small amounts. Alcohol helps the product stability and skin finish
