You guys are awesome. I have learned so much from watching your channel. I have said it before and will again...I know your parents must be very proud of you. You are smart entertaining and have a great desire to help others. Your channel is family friendly demonstrating your successful upbringing. All 3 of you are a CLASS ACT.
I love how y'all explain everything. Y'all are very patient. I have my grand daughter hooked on Mook. I love she has such a positive female to look up to... Shes getting car fever just like pawpaw
I've been watching TH-cam a lot, for a long time. Never commented on a video once but I gotta say, that was an awesome video. The ending was absolutely hilarious! Had me spitting out my drink laughing, good work!
I've been watching TH-cam for quite a while too. A lot of weird stuff.. A lot.. Imma go lay on my bed and think about that, and the ending for a while.
Happy to see you guys back in action, hope to see more of the other F-250 revival also. That said those old engines might be oil burners but they were reliable.
360 and 390s were famous for worn timing chains. Backfiring through the carb was nearly endless during acceleration of any kind. I had a 68 F100 Ranger with a 390. Always ran, but I couldn't figure out what was going on the the intake backfiring till I sold the truck. Several years later, after working for years in a shop and selling autoparts did I figure out what was going on. Fun video. :)
You're outro was perfect lol the best I have ever seen keep up the videos we enjoy your videos and helps me work on my own vehicles when I need to thanks 👍👍👍👍
This video reminds me fixing the 4 barrel carb on our '63 Hindustan Ambassador, a rebadged Brit Morris Oxford which was laying untouched for almost 12 years. It was 3 years ago, when I was 15 and knew nothing about carbs. Did a total hackjob and surprisingly got the car running. It's kind of a daily driver now, with a Holley performance EFI set-up and four piston front disks.
Do a review of using a amazon MC2150 carb on a revival video! I bought one for my 84 ranger V6 and it works great but needed tuning for my small 2.8L V6
I have a 1974 Ford F-250 SuperCab XLT Ranger. It has the 4.9 Straight Six with only 22,000 miles on it. True farm truck. These truck kept America running. Built Ford Tough
Good luck on your project fellas, I got a 1970 F-250 Ranger that I’m starting to work on myself and I just need to get the lifters fixed and she’ll be ready to drive. Looking forward to your project
WELL YOUR ad for Raycon earbuds worked! Thanks for the 15% discount Also I have to add that my family had a '68 Camper Special F250 and so to see this relic getting your attention is heartfelt.
Kevin, that has to be the nicest farm truck you and Luke have worked on yet. I love that two tone turquoise and white combo. If you guys decide you want to sell it sometime let me know. I live in Iowa too and if I see old farm trucks sitting around that need some attention I'll send them your way. Keep the videos coming, love them!
Dam I need to find me a gal like Moog. Been waiting for anothere video. Hard to find vehicles bc they to far gone or ppl want pretty much gold for them
I would suggest you watch a TH-camr called Ronald Finger. He has an 85 and is in the middle of rebuilding it. It was $100.00 and had been sitting since the 90’s.
@@nicholasgardner1106 thanks for the advice! The most I have done is take the seats out to weld the seat locking mechanism on the seat frame because every time I would stop I would slam into the steering wheel th-cam.com/video/ap4CMnMIaC0/w-d-xo.html
You should reupload alternate audio version's of some of your older videos. The voice over audio at the end of this video was hilarious. Keep the great content coming!
Check to see if the vacuum modulator valve isn't blown out and allowing transmission fluid suck into the carburetor. Also the air filter may have been so clogged that it was sucking oil from the crankcase before it was finally changed. Also after sitting so long all the crap in the transmission pan probably is suck up onto the filter and it's clogged. My father had a 68 f250 camper special new in 68. It was that exact same color. I'd love to own that truck. I'm currently restoring a 77 f150 4x4. And have two other trucks that I've already been collecting parts for their restoration. But I really will be checking with you guys when I start looking for a bump. Thanks for sharing.
I just found your channel today. Through vice grip garage. I was born in and raised in Granger. I love your channel!! It reminds me of my childhood. I’m teaching my boy the same stuff. Keep up The great Iowa content. I miss maid rite sandwiches.
Glad to see the old Truck live again! That carb looked great compared to the one I took off my 72' F250! It looks like it had tar in with the gas... Totally unclean-able! So I really need you guys to come out to New Mexico and help me get my truck a runnin :) I got parts!
I had a 70 F250 sport custom camper special with a 460 bored to 466, 4brl, The C6 with a shift kit in it. That truck was an animal. Laid waste to every new truck when I had it in the mid 90's
I enjoyed the video, I'm a new subscriber and this is the first video I watched. I love old trucks, my first one was 1965 Chevy. It had pieces of tin pop riveted over the rust holes, but it ran good. Thanks.
One of the funniest videos I have seen in a while, loved the voiced over and the commercial part was funny also, I won't be buying any earphone things but it was great. I don't know what other degrees you guys have but you three are comedic genius if that is the right term, I didn't looked it up . Thank you for the video.
I discovered your channel one day about that old farm f150 truck and it got me into working on cars and yalls content is very interesting to watch I leant a lot from y’all
Pro tip for old automatics. Dump in a litre of brake fluid if it slips bad or won’t move at all. Derby car trick I use, It will clean the clutches and she will go. It’s a short term fix but it works great. Better than not moving at all to get that last bit of life out of it. Change the fluid after you drive a bit and it may last a while.
I love the ending ! It’s like junkyard digs meets bad lip reading! Keep up the good work .
i know it was hilarious
speaking of bad lip reading, when you get the chance: look at someone through a window, get their attention and mouth the word "vacuum"
I'm a simple man, I see junkyard digs, I like it

Yes seriously, more voice overs from here on out
