Pauline, you're a rockstar! 🤘 It's inspiring to see how you built a successful AI business while juggling a full-time job. Your story is a testament to the power of perseverance and finding a problem worth solving. I especially loved your advice on building genuine connections with customers - that's something we all need to remember, no matter what business we're in. Thanks for sharing your journey!
She is amazing!!! More women on your channel please! It’s so inspiring to see another woman walk the indie hacker path you want to as well, since we so rarely get the chance to see it
💯 It's rare to see woman in techfield. So whenever I spot someone who are succeeded or still working hard, I feel some kind of happiness and inspiration ❤️
Great video. Thank you for sharing your story. This level of insight is helpful for aspiring entrepreneurs like myself. Don't worry about the backseat CEOs in the comments. Theres a reason you're sharing your story and they're not.
The question I have is - how did she get IBM to look the other way while she did this? Most of us sign agreements that essentially say they own everything we create while employed there.
IACrea is based in France. Artificial Intelligence in French is L'intelligence Artificielle, hence IA there. She probably still uses AI, being the more widely used abbrev. Spanish also uses IA (Inteligencia Artificial).
Need, highly detailed, viseo on what ai app supposed cto be, how to concieve an idea for app and create the app? And goe to do membership thing she mentioned !! ?
It's very interesting. This was initially built by Pieter Levels called Interior AI. Then hundreds of knock offs like this one emerged. But still, it just shows that there is no such thing as saturation.
She's making 48000$ a year, not 100.000 (After costs she's lot assuming taxes or rent, lifestyle and food). Its a normal salary. But if she's working less hours a day and has the potential to scale and grow then it could be great. But for now she's just self employed earning a normal pay.
Hey bro I have concept and idea just need help with the saas development with no code can you make a tutorial to make a normal saas demo from scratch with landing page to lunch saw i ton of videos btw i didn't see any with 0 to fill
4k in costs and having a co-founder wich make the profit even less for her. but taking in consideration that's just the beginning and as the generative AI costs go down the business will be more profitable
She said she makes 8k mrr not 10k mrr. You lied. Her costs are 4K a month. As she said. She only actually makes 4K per month. She’s not doing good at all. She’s at 50% profit on a software business. That’s terrible. You should be 85% or higher.
AI model costs will continue to go down. I know someone with a similar business that just cut their costs in half with Flux model/API. I personally think this is an awesome business. There are other businesses in the space doing $100K+ per month.
SaaS is sooo overrated. 4k profit a month is barely the salary of the founder (and she said she has a co-founder). I'm sure she was doing much more at IBM.

I really enjoyed this interview! Great job Pauline! Bring more people like her!
Thank you Florin for your kind words!

Great insight on the balance between low cost and high cost pricing strategies.
It’s crucial to consider how your pricing affects customer perception.
You rock, Pauline!
congrats Pauline, really cool story
Thank you 😊
I followed her journey on Twitter, inspired me to start my own SaaS app with a friend and we are in the design stages already!
Thnks Pauline. Godspeed with your projects!
I think this is the first woman I’ve seen on your channel and as a woman who is actively on my own entrepreneurship mission its really nice to see 🙂
💯 It's rare to see woman in techfield. So whenever I spot someone who are succeeded or still working hard, I feel some kind of happiness and inspiration ❤️
Best show ever ❤😊
congrats Pauline!!🎉🎉🎉
Pauline is very smart, and wise beyond her years! Thank you for this!
Thank you for the compliment :)
I really enjoyed this video
This is a product I’d love to actually try!
hey folks, its cost is just fine.
just see 4K recurring profit / month. it is nice as start.
Deduct founders salaries and tell me what remains...
I'm happy to see some women founders featured on this channel.
Which AI tool was used to generate the altered images? (Dall-E, Midjourney, or others?).
Amazing story
Nice work.
Amazing one

Congrats Pauline, your hard work and dedication payed off. I'm sure you can grow AI Crea to the level you plan
enjoyed the interview
I loved this episode
The question I have is - how did she get IBM to look the other way while she did this? Most of us sign agreements that essentially say they own everything we create while employed there.
is the product called AI Crea or IA Crea ? i'm hearing both in this video

I'm glad you made this video, it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, $89k biweekly and a good daughter full of love..
Can anyone tell me the name of all the apps at 0:35 ? 🥺
It's very interesting.

Can u find more solopreneuer like her, the journey is more realistic and achievable
really impressive...
The most clear blueprint ever...
Good story.
Firing designers business is thriving.
At least it's not RabbitAI levels of just wrapping ChatGPT, but let's see the cost of those tokens..
When Pat pretends to type on the keyboard or working/emailing somebody else while interviewing.. 10:33 😅

I am very inspired to see that a woman can also become an entrepreneur. i also plan to become an entrepreneur
great!!
How do I charge per credits
Sad she is not talking about how she actually made the Saas.
she said she pay freelancers to help build the product....
@ that not the info why 99% of people are watching this video.
French power 🔥
nice video
Beauty and Brain
It's good to see a female case study
Hey bro I have concept and idea just need help with the saas development with no code can you make a tutorial to make a normal saas demo from scratch with landing page to lunch saw i ton of videos btw i didn't see any with 0 to fill
when i thought it was aicrea but it was actually iacrea SMF.
Pretty cool that you seem to respond quickly to feedback. No more courses and more female founders please.
We read all the comments and want to make the best videos for you guys as possible.
What about non coders like me?
Title: "How I Built It: $10K/Month AI Image Generator"
Creator within first 5 sec of the video: "AI Crea is at $8000 MRR currently"... 🤷
4k in costs and having a co-founder wich make the profit even less for her.

First time a girl founder
API Tokens cost per month, please.
i dont get it. oversaturated industry. over saturated niche yet she still banking
This channel is such bs. Stop believing all the AI and SaaS hype.

« Only 4K » ? It’s life changing money for some people, mate. I don’t know if it’s after taxes but as she’s working a 9-5, is still good money.
If 50% profit is so bad, why not show us how it's done instead of talking?
still it is good business. other businesses are much worse.
AI model costs will continue to go down. I know someone with a similar business that just cut their costs in half with Flux model/API.

She is French right ?
Yes, do you mean I have an accent? haha 🙈
@@pauline_cx je suis français aussi et j’ai le même accent à peu près t’inquiète :)
@@pauline_cx there is a lot of French in the indie hacking world I realized.
Ça fait plaisir
@@julienv7031 French accent is 👌
@@pauline_cx lol yeah it’s the best 😝
woman not girl.
Checked the site. Awful quality. I don’t believe that anyone would pay for this. I don’t understand how these results can be used.
This is nothing more than a sales pitch.
What do you want instead!? She talks about it in vague terms or bad mouths it? What do you think this channel is supposed to be doing???
@@ray-mc-l You're not bringing that shyt into my house.
Respected Sir/Sister, Namaskar 🙏🙏🙏 Please My help me
