Never in my life have I seen a case against someone that leads to so many doubts. He’s been in prison for 2 years on what evidence? A shell case that wasn’t even used in the murders that COULD have been cycled through his gun!? You’ve already ruined this man’s life. I believe he is innocent and if he truly
Is I pray the jury finds him not guilty. This is scary for every American.

I've been an iPhone repair technician for 12+ years. Yes, water and dirt can cause a headphone jack on an iPhone to register that something is plugged in. However, if it was indeed water or dirt that was causing the phone to think that there was something plugged into the jack, then it would have never started registering that it was no longer plugged in. The water and dirt would have damaged the jack and that's why you get false readings. Meaning the phone would have needed to be repaired for it to stop registering that nothing was no longer plugged in or it would have needed to be removed from the water and dried out. There is a possibility, if dried out, the phone would start functioning correctly again. In these circumstances, that would have been impossible since the prosecution is claiming that the phone was under her foot the whole time. The prosecution’s theory is impossible. A phone can’t start operating correctly again if it’s not either dried out and hope it works or if it’s repaired.

If you remove it from the dirt and water it might start working again once it's dried out. You're 100% wrong in your assumption. Given the circumstance there's no way dirt or water caused the phone to register that something was plugged into it.

I think is really good to have this chance to ask questions. In the U.K. if only a judge precedes a trial he would read his statement that goes step by step in explaining why and how she/he reached her/his conclusion and why her/he’s sentencing is appropriate.
Now, I’m a psychologist with both academic and practical experience, I used to run a service that was tailored by myself and my neighbour, was headhunted to take a part in a separate pilot project and was a part of Criminal Rehabilitation Initiative, CRI. As a part of my BSc Psychology degree I had a whole unite Forensic Psychology where the main focus was on Witness Testimony and Interviewing techniques Top down-Bottom up technique being one.
So, more than 20 years ago it’s been determined that Eyewitness Testimony shouldn’t be used at all! As a student we started researching this topic by watching a footage of 5min where a crime takes place. Following the video we have ten minutes to recount what we remember happening in the footage. Second recall was after 15min, 2h, 24h and if we as students who expected the scenario made it so wrong then some woman with history of mental health issues such as anxiety.
I struggle to understand what exactly connects RA to this case is less than other people. State brought experts that tweaked the evidence to serve their theory as from the moment they decided RA is their guy all other theories fell down the drain and everything has to be skewed. They don’t follow the science and evidence based approach! It’s like a different dimension, those people are so sure in their own ignorance and arrogance that is so insulting to the memory of those lovely girls!
I am furious that this case is totally dismissing what the trial supposed to be about! How dare to do this just to cover their stupidity. This case turned to be insane incompetence and out of touch posse realised how stupid they look like so they send FBI away and stupidity became a malice!

"The Magic Phone & The Jumping Bullet"
Since law enforcement and prosecutors want to keep "playing pretend," let these words serve as a reminder that the truth is real, and the real killers are still out there. This circus must end. Release the innocent man, properly investigate the case, follow up on the "Odin" report, and arrest the true perpetrators. Continuing this facade is a waste of everyone’s time and a stain on justice.
It’s alarming that one man's constitutional rights have been blatantly violated, yet no one in authority has intervened. Bad judges are rare, but Judge Gull's decisions take the cake. Her rulings have gone beyond questionable, bordering on bizarre. Consider this: during trial, a juror asked a question to someone on the stand, and after they answered, the prosecutor objected, which Judge Gull then sustained-leaving the jury without an answer. This undermines the very essence of a fair trial.
Then there’s the DNA issue. According to law enforcement, a foreign male DNA profile was collected at the crime scene-specifically used to compare with DNA swabs in this case. However, we’ve been told the DNA doesn’t match Richard Allen or the victims. Now, at trial, DNA has mysteriously disappeared as a factor, with the state claiming it no longer has the DNA once used in comparison. Are we to believe that crucial evidence-key in convicting someone in courts for decades-has simply vanished?
Similarly, interviews related to the case have been suspiciously erased. The state first claimed the interviews on the hard drive were deleted. Then they said they were recorded over, and later blamed a DVR malfunction in February, May, and June of 2017. Which is it? It can’t be all three. How many “coincidences” need to pile up before everyone acknowledges the gross mishandling of this case?
Meanwhile, the treatment of Richard Allen in custody has been inhumane and publicly humiliating. Forced to endure severe mental distress, he experienced a psychotic episode, during which he ate his own feces. This degrading ordeal was seen on camera, in court, even with family members present.
Numerous law enforcement officers-including former Delphi Police Chief Steve Mullins, ISP Lt. Holman, Sheriff Tony Liggett, and ISP officer Harshman-have lied in depositions and on the stand, misrepresenting evidence to the jury. Judge Gull remains unchecked, seemingly the most powerful woman in Indiana, allowing these errors to go uncorrected. The Attorney General and his investigator, who graduated from the ISP academy alongside ISP Superintendent Doug Carter, have also been present in court. Superintendent Carter, dubbed "DC the Riddler," has long teased that he withheld information only the killer would know. But after all these years, are we to believe this secret was the presence of a van? That seems highly implausible.
The state has constructed a timeline that seems implausible. According to their account, the "Bridge Guy" video was recorded at 2:13 p.m. on February 13, 2017. They allege that Richard Allen, startled by Brad Weber’s van at 2:32 p.m., then crossed the creek, committed the murders, staged the scene, and managed to escape-all without being seen. The idea that he could accomplish all this undetected strains belief.
Additionally, witness Sarah Carbaugh, who created the sketch of the "older" Bridge Guy, reported seeing a similar figure at 3:57 p.m. on North County Road 300. However, neither she nor any other witness has identified Richard Allen as the person they saw. The timeline doesn’t align with this account, especially given that the state now appears to be relying on Weber’s van as the main evidence against Allen.
Taken together, these inconsistencies in timing and witness statements cast serious doubt on the state's narrative.
The unfolding of this case is beyond a travesty; it’s a series of injustices that continue to this day. Richard Allen deserves better. It’s maddening and heartbreaking that the very people sworn to serve and protect would compromise their duty for job security, a rampant issue across Carroll County and Indiana.
It’s said that every ISP academy graduate hears ISP Superintendent Doug Carter whisper, “Never do anything to discredit this organization.” Yet, we’re seeing the opposite, with the "blue line" prevailing over honesty and accountability. Crossing that line or speaking out can cost an officer their job or even worse, sometimes your life.
Judge Frances Gull originally appointed Baldwin & Rozzi as Allen's public defenders, only to later remove them-an unconstitutional act that the Indiana Supreme Court reversed, reinstating Baldwin and Rozzi. Judge Gull’s erratic and dubious decisions signal something deeply wrong, undermining the integrity of this case and the judiciary as a whole. We need an end to this circus.
During his time at Westville Prison, Richard Allen suffered from severe, drug-induced psychotic episodes. The antipsychotic drugs he was forced to take only intensified his condition. Fortunately, he is no longer in that state of mind-at least for now. This troubling period of his life is now coming to light, and it’s important that the public understands what he endured. For anyone suggesting he’s “faking it” or questioning his mental state at the time, please note that Richard Allen is not pleading insanity in this case. Whether you believe he was “crazy” then or not is irrelevant; this argument simply does not apply here.

If someone plugged headphones into the jack it was to silence any incoming call/notification sound in hopes that it would not notify a search party member to the location of the crime scene. The fact that whatever this device was (headphones or whatever accessory), was attached/detached at times possibly directly related to the dispatch of a search party this would also mean that whomever attached the acessory in question had intimate knowledge of the plans and location of the search party in relation to the crime scene. Testimony was given that the suspect was seen leaving the scene covered in ONLY mud then at a much later time (years possibly) both mud and blood by a "witness" who was driving by the area that afternoon. This testimony however unlikely😑😐, has been accepted by the prosecution and the court. This phone issue is one I don't know if we can answer. A lot of theories but unlikely that the killer (whoever it was) took the phone, listened to it with an ear jack for hours, and then put it back. The video Libby took was incriminating as she mentioned the gun and caught BG's appearance and voice. Whether the killer was Allen or someone else it seems that s/he would get rid of the phone. I suppose someone could have taken it, listened to it in a concealed area, and then put it back but why? I hope the jury can ask questions and decide for themselves what they think. What happened is that both girls took off fast into the direction of the creek. Abby got wet as she crossed the creek, Libby was probably already naked and had her cloths in her hand with the phone in the shoe and lost some of her cloths into the river during that process. I'm not sure why Abby had the cloths of Libby on. Perhaps she got cold and had to put em on during the "R". So, the pullover was too big for her and she rolled up the sleeves into her hands. As there were hairs of Libby in the sleeves, they ended up in the hands ob Abby. To force the girls to do what he wants, he "reloads" the gun again to put pressure on the girls and loses the previous unspent bullet he put into the chamber on the bridge the moment he met the girls. The Killer saw the Van, got scared and cut Libbys vein at her neck. Libby grabs the wound but the blood still spurts out of the vein, she can hardly stand on her feet and holds on to the tree with her blood-stained hands. She lets go and staggers around, falls on her knees and finally dies. Meanwhile Abby faints or is shocked that much she can't move and remains on her back. Also her vein got cut. (I Guess if she just faint the buddy would bring her back as a last result to save himself.) Libby got dragged by her arm to the big branch next to a tree. Due to the location of her "loose" head the blood ran over her face and there are scratches on her back. I don't know why there were only branches and not leaves used to cover the bodies. That is a mystery to me. Looks like someone tried to build some kind of a lean-to or similar.

I don't know much but did this guy get arrested because some halfwit said the shell casing markings matched his gun😮?. They did not compare other weapons to see if they could have left similar markings or not. That would leave their findings null and void. This is what they had? Forget about what happened after he was arrested, that's a whole class on misconduct, illegal acts and how to guarantee a new trial that the family will have to sit thru again. As a citizen of Indiana that has to be scary, that they arrested a person because of shoddy policy on shell case markings. And to be a juror where they allow to ask questions and no one asked anything about the testing of that shell casing and no one asked about a person's rights while being held has me believing they will convict this guy. I hope it's the right guy but there will be another trial coming if they do.

But THIS MANY TIMES? He suddenly started acting strange after meeting with lawyers. And the bullet is too coincidental. He even confessed he played with the gun and maybe a bullet fell out.
He also confessed to seeing the van that disrupted him. No one even knew about a can being nearby until later when the driver mentioned being there. How did he know about the van at that time and place of he wasn't the one there?
He also has DV history. Police have been called in regards to him, but his wife never followed thru and pressed charges. So he seems like someone without a history. Ppl speed all the time and just don't get caught. No one can say "they never sped in their life". You just gotta get caught.

Everyone knows there’s easier ways to silence a phone other than plugging in headphones. It’s a lot easier to push button on side. The headphone jack stuff is a red herring. Doesn’t even make sense that the killer would have been lingering around the bodies for 5-7 hours and plugging in and unplugging some headphones.

No mention of defense budget limitations. This is a capital case with an indigent defendant without any power to “investigate” nor any funds $$$$$$$ to match the expert “analysis” of the state. A case whose only real “evidence” is the tortured confession of the defendant.

We don't know he had all his other phones. Also, sometimes phones break and people throw those away. I know I do, but I keep working phones when I upgrade.
If that's the best evidence, it's no evidence at all.

Regarding the phone. Are we to believe 1) that the phone was so damaged that it registered a headphone jack that wasn't there. How much other data off the phone is unreliable because of the water/soil damage to the phone (or damage that already occurred. I Have a teenage daughter and she has thoroughly damaged her phone with normal use) OR are we to believe 2) That someone was in the crime scene area off and on or there continuously until 10pm and left NO OTHER evidence of their presence. No DNA, foot prints, fingerprints, etc? I think the former must be true. the phone was pretty damaged and some or maybe all of the evidence on it is unreliable.

I am now further perplexed as to what happend to Libbys phone at 4:33 a m. Around the 28:00 minute mark it was discussed the "phone going in and out of service". I understand that to mean there is no cell phone signal. It has been my understanding the phone shut down, or said another way,, the power turned off, the previous day at or about 2:32 p.m. Is this not correct?
It was further my understanding the phone powered back on at 4:33 a.m. the following day. And this curiousity of who, what or how this could have occurred has been unanswerable.
28:00 Was the prosecution suggesting to the cell phone witness that the reason the phone turned its power back on because the phone had regained cell service? And the witness testified this was possible?
    Please clarify.

I would love to know what RA did after he left the bridge...who did he see after? And was he at home with his wife throughout the night? Why do we not have testimony of his whereabouts? Do we have video of him buying a 6 pack or was that another false memory? Like him saying he killed his grandchildren, knowing that he has no grandchildren

I can't say definitely that he's not guilty because, you know, no one really knows what has happened on that day, but it will be so unjust for him to be found guilty on all these groundless pieces of evidence.
