I was called anti-Semitic because I had the audacity to say that Palestinians deserve the same human rights as Israelis. And no it was Israel that destroyed Gaza no one else and they should feel the shame of the world on their shoulders.

What I find funny is that all Pro-Israeli supporters come and say, yeah I support Israel because I read history. Then I went and researched history and I found the level of atrocities Israel committed (still), from the massacres in Palestine villages such as Deir Yassin, Al-Dawayma, Al-Tantoura, and many more in (1948), Qibya Massacre (1953), Khan Yunis Massacre (1956), Sabra and Shatila Massacres (1982), Al-Aqsa Massacre (1990), and Jenin Refugee Camp Massacre (2002) - Keep in mind these are all West bank (no Hamas).
Then we move to the wars in Gaza 2008, 2012, 2014, 2021 and it has been documented that all these started by Israel, and the Massacre of civilian protestors in the march of Return in 2018 (It has been reported than only 1 Israeli solider died then) so you can imagine who had the upper hand. Then I discovered that Israel rejected Peace with Hamas on five occasions (1988-2017). As a side research I found the disgusting crimes on micro and macro levels, such as the fact that from 2012, Israel only allowed a specific number of food trucks to enter Gaza based on a study of calorie count needed for a person to stay alive to push people to overthrow Hamas, they even banned many items from entering Gaza even Coriander isn't allowed! And the cherry on top, Israel gave birth control to Ethiopian Jews without their knowledge. My sources are simply google search that will show you news articles mostly US and EU newspapers (Guardian MSNBC CNN Euro etc..) and even some Israeli channels like Haaretz and Hayom.

Because it is very European. Those Jews were German/Austrian citizens for 2 millennia. All European colonization involve turning the natives into second class citizens. Italy did it in Ethiopia. France did it in Vietnam. England did it to the rest of the UK, but then the UK did it to their colonies. The Dutch (Boers) did it to South Africa. The Portuguese did it to Brazil. Etc et al. You have to go all the way back to the Roman Empire since that segment of the world was laissez-faire with native populations.

Contrary to what James says to the caller, the impact of sanctions is not the same. Russia is a very large country and its economy is more resilient and self-sufficient, regardless of its shortcomings. Israel is fully dependant not only on generous US and EU (+GB) economic aid, mostly in military ... but these are also its major trading trading partners. Even in the current state, IL's economy cannot sustain the current level of mobilization, because the bulk of those mobilized are ordinary people. That is why IL historically has only fought short, intense wars. It's munition stocks have demonstrayted to be much shallower than expected, in line with thopse of other EU countries. It openly admits the bombing campaign is only feasible thanks to the income of US bombs. Reminds the Libyan campaign, where the UK, FR and IT after 10 days had exhausted their stock and had to rely on the US to supply them the necessary munition.

I was watching a limited WW2 series on Netflix and realised that when I see the Gestapo and Nazis depicted on TV, I don't even see Germans as the oppressors anymore. The current Israeli regime just pops into mind. I just see Netanyahu and his band of right wing power hungry foot soldiers marketing their own brand of fascism 2.0.
I'm sure that there are Israeli citizents who are terrified of the direction their country is headed in. I've even seen videos of Israeli security forces abusing moderate Jews in Israel.

Sense out of nonsense? He doesn't list the ongoing terror of the PLO, or the invasion of Israel by Jordan , or the 6 day war, or the slaughtering the 20,000 Palestinians in Jordan!! Why did that happen? Go think, go find out.

Children sheltering now in the zoo in gaza are sharing the meagre food they have with the starving animals. This is the humanity they want to exterminate and the world looks on. Heartbreaking

Amazes me how many people are revealing themselves as immoral. Nothing can justify the indiscriminate killing of people including children.
On another note, israel has stopped animal food coming into palestine too so stray cats/dogs as well as donkeys etc are starving to death.

Zionism isn't even a religious belief. In reality, the leaders of the modern Zionist movement that was created in Europe weren't motivated by religion. Many of them were actually secular or agnostic Jews. They saw the Jewish people more as a nation than a religious group. For them, Zionism meant establishing a separate political state for the Jewish nation. Originally Uganda and Argentina was proposed as a homeland for the Zionist before Palestine. *To put things into perspective, in the year 1891 Jewish people owned less than 1% of land in Palestine,* *where as Palestinians owned 99%. In 1947 that number was still at a low, with the Jews owning below 5% of Palestinian land.

Exactly. They use the shroud of Judaism as a protection from scrutiny, because to scrutinise their actions at that point activates a defensive form of doublethink wherein anything you say in critique is both entirely valid and also immediately discredited as "antisemitic".
