I had the same problem. Then I tried going in through the diagnostics side and NATS (Nissan Anti Theft System) on menu and did it that way. Hope you got that programmed and it's all good now.
I also have the same problem on this vehicle, the key portion will turn the ignition manually, but the smart key function, keyless entry and proximity turn without the key blade won’t work.

i get 2 original one i will call him back to see what we can do
@@BestCarFixes trying using the remote relearn feature it helps. Sometimes it be the doors are not locked or It could also be bad batteries!
