God question! The FPR handles most of that, but the tune is also set to demand a certain opening window from the injectors. Normally dropping the boost doesn’t require a retune, it’s only when you go above the tuned pressure.
@@reesescars6871got it! I somewhat understand the basics. What I don't understand is the cam angles, within closed loop vs open loop, wot, and part throttle. Also trying to understand tuning vtec vs non-vtec style engines. I really am thinking about taking Evan's Tuning course/courses.

I ran the smaller pulleys on the smaller supercharger(1320) made about 15psi, but that supercharger produces less CFM. I thought we would be good running 20psi(3.2” pulley), but we ran out of octane. Now with less boost we can increase the ignition and hopefully make more power with less boost, less heat, less stress. I hope that makes sense.
Will lowering the boost also lower the fuel intake? Or does the pressure regulator adjust for that?
