Lmao am I the only one confused on why there are so many complaining about cultural appropriation but haven’t seen a single comment actually saying this is
Am very glad to see their love for history of hip hop. They have soul definitely. I like the vibe. Keep moving up and see you in your first concert in America.
If they keep their humble ambition they will can go even farther ⬆️Higher! Higher! Higher!
Great doc! 👍
YESSSS HIGHER BROTHERS
Higher brothers have really went a long way, really cant imagine how big they blown up ever since they appeared on 88rising
I don't have a problem with them. Black folk been getting sauce from Asian cultures so it'd be hypocritical to condemn them for getting sauce from Black cultures. The only problem I'd see is if one group tried to claim they originated these borrowed ideas or one group is disrespecting the other. I don't see them doing these things so... go on and do your thing.
Good shot!!
88represent

马思唯最让我佩服的不是歌,是态度
Hiphip is still are. any culture can fuck with it. Way back before 88rising and higherbother Snoop was doing his underground heat ting. and he put masiwei in the vid saying he was killing it. many many years ago.
'what a great doc on the higher brothers. I genuinely like their music. The cultural appreciation argument comes from a place of stupidity and jealousy. Looking to blame others for their misfortune. It seems China is a very conservative and restricting place. It seems Rap was a way out so to speak for them and you can see it. This is great for their country.
Top stuff!
