As per ruzzian law, conscripts can't legally be deployed to fight outside ruzzia. However, as the concept of what is legal (or illegal) is somewhat blurred over there, there is evidence that at least some conscripts have been deployed to fight in Ukraine on a number of occasions. Most of the ruzzian troops fighting in Ukraine are volunteers that choose to fight in a war of aggression for money. My symphathy for those sons, fathers and husbands has ended after about two or three months since the beginning of their "Special military operation".

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but Diana's mine action campaign was never aimed at stopping anti-tank mines. They want to stop anti-personnel mines, the same ones that shoot your feet off instead of killing you. The fragmentation mines in particular are dangerous. Moreover, mining your own country is probably a different matter from mining foreign territory, as the Russians did in Afghanistan or do now in UKR.
Let us also comprehend that these Ukrainian battlefield favors are few and far between. russian loses in big numbers are also represented by a few Ukrainian loses with a smaller number of force so the battlefield losses for both combatants are almost the same in magnitude. russian still clings and hold on to their invaded areas and battlefield scenario changes are almost locked from either side. These videos that we see are mostly russian initiative sending kamikaze forces to draw out Ukrainian forces using human meat grinding tactics by brute force. If anyone watching this video is a former tanker...please tell me what tank driver sees the tank in front and/or in back of him, then sees a mine explode one of the tanks and thinks, "Whew! That was close!...Now, no more mines to worry about, right?" Wouln't you think to wait a second and plan where to drive? And not to just aim for the other exploding tanks!!

Drop the fake explosion sounds. The drones don't have microphones, and due to distance, the sound would not arrive simultaneously with the explosion.
How many decades will it take to recover all of the mines so civilians don't get killed. I used to hear stories about mines in Asia decade after the war was over killing a kid.
I understand Ukrain is defending their country but I can't help but think of all the young lives being snuffed out? All that dead potential, all the heartbreak for the families? This is such a cruel wasteful excercise in futility!
