For the people who struggle with this. What helped me was the thought that attachment/craving is not giving you them real love.. if you really love them you respect them and give them the distance they ask for and when time wil come they wil come to you.
In the mean time work on yourself love so you suffer less❤

I got this video sent to me so I watched it. It’s important to note that I never chase love, never have never will. The questions you asked at the beginning I answered with abundance and the love vibration. People always tell me you get everything you want always, they sometimes say this with a negative connotation. But this video explains why. I always show up with nothing but love in abundance, I would even show it to my enemies but no surprise there I have none. Sometimes I come across people who are not good for me but I never hate, hate costs me as much energy as love would. So instead I leave them be and at least show them grace by wishing them all the best with their demons. You attract what you are is 100% true, I never verbalized it that way but in my personal experience I know this to be very accurate.
When you’re madly in love, it’s hard to over come desperation but I feel at peace listening to you.

7 years ago I was chasing a guy so much and tried everything I could to make him to be with me, but after some months I felt deep inside I should let him go, it was a really really hard decision, I cried too much and didn’t know if I could do that...but when I did it, I started to feel free and happy again, so every morning and night I used to think about him for like 15 minutes only cause I was missing him and it felt good to remember the good moments we shared...I did it with no intention for him to come back as I was fed up with him and just wanted to feel happy again. And a while after that he just came back out of nowhere, it happened when I was feeling super great with myself and not needing him in my life anymore....
So yes, when you’re in low vibration you don’t attract anything good, the more you need someone, the more they will keep running from you
Exactly that's my situation now. I was deeply infactuated with this guy but he is not like an average Joe. He is kinda like playboy. The more I wanted him , the more he was running away and playing around with me.
So I just dumped him and felt free and happy again. The times I was in contact with him, he would hurt me by lying and not staying in contact and running after other girls.
When I said I am leaving, he got worried. I wanted exactly that.
I still miss him but I have let him go and I don't expect anything anymore from him. I was so hurt before but now I feel alive again.

Yes!!! I started practicing this seriously a few months ago and it's amazing; the freedom and peace of letting go. That texting example he gave literally happened to me this weekend lol and every time I would reply and "forget it" BOOM, I'd get an almost instant text back. I couldn't stop laughing! Now I apply this to all areas of my life and I'm seeing a wonderful and positive turnaround.

@@snehashisdas3689 IMO, yes... visualize and let the feeling come over you and carry THE FEELING with you throughout the day. it's the "obsessing" part that ruins it. Again, IMO, the reason why most people don't get what they want is because they ask for divine intervention, but they don't let the divine do its job... or they become impatient (which is a part of the obsessing I mentioned). My mantra is to "be the very thing you want to attract". Like attracts like.😊

Letting go is the best thing I've ever done, plus exuding love when it happens is the best joy ever.

Great questions! The answer is, constant affirmations, awareness, and just letting go. I noticed the more I held on to something the longer it took for results to manifest. Think of an energy circle, moving round and round and round as you try to get something. Well, once that calms down and you let go, forget about it, events just fly right through. Universal energy is very powerful and can operate on its own. A lot of of our behaviors cause interference. Just let go. I stopped thinking about the time it takes for a manifestation to get here. I started focusing on the now and started creating my future by letting go of old, sour, stale, negativity that no longer served great fortune. I started a self-love routine. Found what gives me energy. Cut off people who wanted me to do what they wanted me to do. I listen to guided audios to keep my on track as well. H' oponopono too. Forgave myself and others for anything that interfered. It is definitely a process. I bit off more than I could chew at first, however, I began to break things down into tiny, tiny pieces that I could handle on a daily basis. Affirmations are definitely key. Right now I am working on heart energy. Anyhow, Thank you for asking.

Dear people , there is nothing wrong with who you are. Don't feel bad because someone made the choice to leave your life so easily. Sometimes when a person leaves you, it has nothing to do with you but everything to do with them. Sometimes , people makeup an excuse to leave you because they feel that you are too good for them and they are not worthy. Often, this will have us questioning ourselves. Again, maybe the person themselves are afraid to be loved and it had nothing to do with you. So remember this whenever you feel bad when someone breaks up with you and take joy in knowing someone thinks that highly of you to know that you are too good to be true and they don't deserve you. 🤣

I started following your advice. Setting my intentions and visualizing in the morning and let it be.....been keeping my vibrations high, and letting go of the outcome....and went on with my day, work, rest, self care and also listening to your 'manifest anything while you sleep' it took two months but today finally the person I was manifesting has been messaging and calling since morning when I least expected it.
