I have made the experience twice, the first time I thought it was purely a coincidence that my friend responded to my message, the second time I had no doubt that the message went through and she called me saying “yes , what do you want?” I never told her that it was a telepathic message from me in order for her to call me.

I just watched this video now, and used it as a guided telepathy practice. Wow... I felt it literally physically. As I visualized the white light spreading and focused on my third eye I physically felt a pressure in the center of my forehead as if it were opening. It physically felt like a heavy eye opening. Focus intensely on the person, tap into the energy, feel how you feel they will be feeling
Repeat the message you want to send to them like (I love you, I care for you, call me, etc.) Be relaxed.
Take a deep breath in and out and bring your attention to the present moment

You don't feel weird about calling this dude, "master"? You know what that word means, right? A google definition search will show you why you should feel weird about that. If not, you should read up on cults, because I feel those whom understand the literal definition and still find it acceptable to refer to their fellow citizens as such are especially susceptible to cult manipulation tactics. Just trying to be helpful here, no disrespect. It's fine to believe in what you believe in, but I really wouldn't recommend referring to your equals as "master". The title alone is undeserved, and carries an unjust level of perceived authority over said, "master's" followers. It may seem nit-picky, but it is an important thing to pay attention to. Going down unusual rabbit holes is a totally fine and helpful thing to do, but that doesn't mean someone who you perceive to have more knowledge on a matter than you should be given an authoritative title over you for simply relaying meditative information to you. It is how cults are formed. Not even saying that that is his intention, not at all, I'm just saying that the conscious and subconscious connotation that is carried by that title can serve to cloud people's judgment and be used to manipulate them.
You should never grant your equals titles like these, in my opinion, you may as well be calling them a prophet, king, leader, God, etc.
