I got 29. Missed "brass neck" never heard of it.

Great job scoring 29! 'Brass neck' is a British idiom that refers to someone acting with extreme confidence or boldness, even when it might be inappropriate. It's not as commonly used globally, which is why it may be unfamiliar. Thanks for taking the quiz!

27 However, I disagree with 11 as it does not necessarily mean SHARING so I went for D.

Thanks for your comment and for participating in the quiz! You’re right that 'Pull up your socks' doesn’t mean 'sharing.' It actually refers to making an effort to improve your performance or behavior, especially after a lapse. It’s about taking action to get better, rather than working together or sharing. I appreciate your input, and I’m glad you enjoyed the quiz!

28/30. 6 were guesses 4 right 2 wrong for expressions I have never heard in 69 years living in England.

NO such thing as " a little lie" , lies are just that lies big or small.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I understand your point, and you're right that honesty is always the best policy. However, the idiom 'white lie' refers to a lie told with good intentions, often to avoid hurting someone's feelings or causing unnecessary harm. While all lies can be seen as wrong, this phrase is commonly used to describe minor, well-intentioned untruths. I appreciate your insight and am glad the idiom sparked some reflection!

I agree. As I marked the right answer, I said aloud, "No such thing. A lie is a lie. Even a lie of omission.

BTW The music is loud repetitious and very distracting. I am not a fan of piano. If you have to have music (many request it in all types of vlogs), play something very softly (background music is available free).

Why do y'all think you need to narrate these??
Some of us are properly educated and can read on our own. I find it extremely irritating and distracting.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I understand that some viewers prefer reading the material on their own, but I try to make my videos accessible to a wide audience with different learning preferences. Narrating the content helps those who benefit from auditory learning or may find it easier to follow along. I do appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as I continue creating content. Hopefully, you can still enjoy the quizzes and challenges!
