Eventually the product does settle 40% under its own weight so extra material allowances for this must be made.

if you want 16 inches shouldn't you blow a extra 2-3 inches for the settling factor? Because we all know as insulators the Cell Settles big time lol
he wants 16" unsettled to start so it will settle to roughly 14" which would then be r-49
