Truth! TH-cam makes my 425 bench look weak as heck....but when i go into a regular gym i realize it's not normal and people throwing 5 and 6 plates for reps are definitely not normal
Realistically, most people can't do 225, so it kind of depends on what we're talking about. For a serious lifter, 315 is still very respectable. Once you get into the mid 300's, I'd guess you're in that 1% range. Anything above 400 is truly elite, especially if you're natural, but these genetic outliers do exist. We all remember that dude in high school smashing 4 plates. It happens.

No, they get more tired trying to get a ball because they're constantly thinking on the direction, bounce, ricochet, speed, etc of how the ball is thrown.

Hey Mike idk if you read these but I used to be 300 pounds and dropped down to 225 in 4 months. Now I been training for a year off and on from my weight loss and noticed I been pre fatigueing myself due to doing too many reps before I build up. I know I can hit 315 at least 3 times but ima build up how you guys pyramid
I'm still in the process of hitting 315 on my own but my job has me away from the gym so much my homies is gone pass me up my best was 305 last year over the summer I got super strong and this year I hit 315 with minimum spot help what most people dont understand is it's my a good lift if a person gotta snatch grab the bar u didn't lift at all on my lift my cousin barely has his fingers on the bar but I won't know its real when I'm hitting it without assistance but I never had to have it pulled off me tho..

When i started lifting weights ai did a combination of bench presses and deadlifts. I was 175 and got my bench to 325 for 6-8 reps for real. I've been over coming alot of injuries to my rigjt side trying to get that shit back. Thats really not that light at that body weight. My body looked alot like dude in the white t-shirt. I'll keep pushing till i get it back no matter what it takes. Thats just how it is.
