I just started using a Rockler HVLP on tongue and grove. It was my first time and trying to find a good video on the basics of sprying is hard. Your video was very helpful. It’s just hard for me to tell if my adjustment is right when I am experimenting until I do the “real” thing. It seems like I get it on too thick or too thin. I can’t find a happy medium.

Dumb question. I have the same sprayer. I realize that the amount of product sprayed is also function of the pressure I apply on the trigger. Did you always apply the maximum pressure and then adjust the product getting out with the knub ?

Thank you for this video, I just got the Homeright Finish Max Super and I'm a bit intimidated by it. Never used a paint sprayer and I'm a terrible painter with the brush and roller. This is already my 3rd time watch this video. I think I got few more times to go.

Excellent question too bad she didn’t answer you. I’m not a fan of TH-cam creators who can’t be bothered to answer their audience. Were you able to find a video on how to do the cleanup and also how much time in between coats? Probably depends on the weather
You can tell when a person is doing what he/she likes to do -- they become really good at it.
Great video. Homeright will be my second try. I was very frustrated with Graco. Not that it is a bad sprayer but because they treat you as a professional and don´t even tell you about viscosity and do not include a viscometer with the sprayer and besides you have to prime the gun by squeezing the paint container what was very annoying. Result . . . I was unable to work with it and returned it.
How much is this product and how is it different from the super?

I have a Homeright Quick Finish and it drips when I finish spraying it just pours out, idk why and can’t figure it out it’s also spits a lot when I start it / stop
Ok so quick question. I find this machine kicks up alot of dust that settles into the finish when I'm painting walls. Any suggestion? I have already broomed and vacuumed
The machine can't be creating the dust, so it has to be coming from somewhere. Make sure to super clean the walls, ceilings, and floors. Good Luck!
First time using a sprayer so I have a question. Do I need to thin the paint before I spray it or can I use regular interior paint straight out of the can into the sprayer? I just bought the sprayer in the video here and really want to use it to paint interior doors. I generally use Latex paint because it water based and clean up is easier, so that's want I hope to use in this sprayer.

@@kaimanson3174 No I didn't. Thats ok . I'll test it both ways. It may be impossible to answer unless you know exactly what paint will be used.

Is this spray gun good for automotive paint jobs.
I’d say maybe if only doing one or two panels... ex interprovincial licensed automotive painter in Canada. Got out do to health concerns over polyisocynates in auto paint.
I feel very disappoint of the home right finish max extra. I used the first time to paint my fence. It worked well. The second time, It was working until suddenly stops and necer worked again. I Think it is a motor problem. I paid 106 dollars w/ taxes for this piece of garbage. It is a bad product and overpriced for a disposable product. I was unable to put a bad review. Amazon blocked my comment.
Do you sit there all day going through TH-cam videos who show this product, and paste the same message over and over again?

@@holaamigos5228 Seems to be only your experience. I am sure you are leaving out a lot of details. Anyways, maybe put your energy into working with the company and solving the issue. If not, move on.
