I’ve just recently come across your vids and you do some amazing beautiful tanks! Your videos are really pulling at me to get back into aquariums as i had some life changes that took my time away from this hobby. Thank you so much and look forward to every vid that drops!
Hello Amazing job with those rocks!!! At first, I thought that wood was too bulky, but ferns really fixed that imo. Also, I didn't know that peperomia can grow in water because I had my big peperomia plant root rotted in a very water retentive soil and died almost completely. By the way, besides granite quarry nearby, we have a granite dam, and I found a big chunk of white quartzite there. Went next time with a hammer and gathered several pounds like in Minecraft. Yesterday, I did a jar terrarium rebuild, made a quartzite path with aquatic java moss in the gaps, so it looked like a slice of a fairy tale. And it got me thinking about how I made my aquariums the "walstad" or "father fish" method and see them as ecosystems rather than pieces of art or a pieces of interior, and how I keep seeing mini terrariums as pieces of art/interior. I guess making terraium a truly dynamic ecosystem is only achievable at a larger scale with bigger creatures that can impact the system more
That’s awesome. I always find it more rewarding when you can go out & find the materials yourself. A white quartz path sounds amazing😱 I agree, they definitely can be made as art/interior!
I feel like one thing that is different about your channel is that your scapes actually look better as they grow in, I have seen other amazing aquascapers but I usually don’t like it’s appearance once the plants really start growing
have you ever kept rubber duckies? i just ordered 10 and have their terrarium (not normal box like usual) ready. we are leaving our house for around 2 weeks for 4th of july. if they have decaying wood and leaves, limestone, and moss, do you think they’ll be fine?
I think this would technically be closer to a riparium, as there's not really a dedicated terrestrial substrate. All nutrients for the plants are held in the water column.
In your designs when using expanding foam do you have to buy a special nontoxic one or do you just use any. im making a paludarium and stumped on that question.
I have a very odd question here. I want to place something like a match box car into my terrarium. Could that be a problem? I don't want any animals (besides my little janitors) there are no parts that could rust. Only plastic
I made the tutorial on the mini canister filter! Check it out: th-cam.com/video/iS3j_EUoXE8/w-d-xo.html

Great work as always.
When I die I want to be reincarnated as a cherry shrimp and live in this tank.
Hii after a long time from 🇱🇰 Sri Lanka
I love it ❤
Quiet funny that i watch this while i am thinking how i should apply my black Terrarium Background 😂
I feel like one thing that is different about your channel is that your scapes actually look better as they grow in, I have seen other amazing aquascapers but I usually don’t like it’s appearance once the plants really start growing
Good job 💪,i love your vidéo ❤
I want to see how you made the mini cannister.

I’ve never kept them specifically but I’ve kept isopods. I think they would be absolutely fine:)
@@TerrariumDesigns i’ve been asking around and you’re the first to respond. thanks for the insight!
I love your videos. And can you make a frog terrarium plz
The sponge material that you slid on the outside of intake- is it fine enough to not suck up shrimp eggs? Is this a concern?
Definitivamente quiero saber como haces el filtro
AMAZING i didn't like it i LOVED ITTT ❤ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 🎉
Thanks you!
I think this would technically be closer to a riparium, as there's not really a dedicated terrestrial substrate. All nutrients for the plants are held in the water column.
100000000 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍👍 I need a hire you...
I'm adding another request for details of the mini can filter. Let's have it! 🙏🏻
Great scape...would that count as a wabikusa?
I suppose it has similarities with the plants planted into the moss🤔
In your designs when using expanding foam do you have to buy a special nontoxic one or do you just use any. im making a paludarium and stumped on that question.
The majority are safe once cured. if you’re worried, expanding foam for ponds is your best bet:)
1 hour gang
Bro.😢 can you make a opened terrarium in a jam bottle.
I'd love to see a micro cannister filter
I want to make one! Have any tips?
My biggest tip would be to just have go. A lot of people get intimidated thinking it’s too complicated & never get round to it.
I have a very odd question here. I want to place something like a match box car into my terrarium. Could that be a problem? I don't want any animals (besides my little janitors) there are no parts that could rust. Only plastic
So long as there’s no parts that can rust like you say, I don’t see why not!😃
🔥🔥
❤❤❤
Happy Pride Month
Aluminum doesn’t corrode in fresh water btw so you were fine✌️
I was wondering the same
I need ro knoqw how
