Easy Brown Sugar Custard || Chopped (At Home Version)

INGREDIENTS/ITEMS NEEDED (Makes 1 serving! I SUGGEST YOU DOUBLE OR TRIPLE IT)
1 Large Egg at room temperature
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
3/4 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
A Pinch of Salt
Small amount of butter to grease glass dish/bowl
Heat-proof Glass Dish/Bowl
A Pot with Cover, Larger than the Glass Dish
A Whisk
DIRECTIONS:
Fill the pot with hot water about 1/3 full, and bring to a rolling boil. Whisk egg. Add milk, and whisk well to combine. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and salt. Whisk well to combine. Pour mixture into the heat-proof glass container, greased generously with butter. CAREFULLY Place the glass dish into the pot of boiling water, and cover the pot. Steam the custard for 10 minutes on high heat. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and allow the custard to steam for an additional 5 minutes. Remove custard dish from the heat and allow it cool for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
