Now I just need some ideas on how to STAY asleep, lol. Waking up 2-4 times per night and taking forever to get back to sleep means I get about 5 hours per night at best.
I will definitely give this a try tonight. I've been having restless nights. It takes me at least 10-15 mins to fall asleep and stay asleep for a few hours, but then I'm always ⏰️ waking up at least twice to go to the bathroom every night 🌙 🙄! It's so frustrating 😑! Then I end up sleeping 😴 late every morning, and I feel like crap during the day and low energy. I enjoy watching ur videos, and they are very educational. Try baking soda and/or salt. It will kill them. It will desiccate them from the inside out. And it's non toxic to pets. It is an awesome non-toxic pesticide for all insects. I put it in the window sills, door ways or any access point for insects. And also put the baking soda and with your laundry and wash in hot water.
I am so sorry, and I feel your pain so much. Last fall, I started finding bugs, and I knew they were bed bugs. But we actually found out they were bat bugs. They look identical except for under a microscope. When the bats migrated, the bugs came down into the house and wreaked havoc. They prefer to feed on bats.... but they will feed on humans. And they did. On my 5 year old. We moved into that house in June. September, the problem began. We just finally moved to another house. I am extremely mentally unwell. I am very scared, I'll never be the same again. Please don't let it go on for long. I am still looking for help..... I am unsure what 9 months of extreme stress, fear, anticipation, etc..... does to the brain. It seems like you have to be suicidal to get help. Or..... get on the waiting list for a therapist you may or may not like. Anyway, I'm not salty about that at all! Lol. But please...... don't stay long. I fear for anyone who goes through things like this. I am scared. I'm in a new bug and bat free home. I am even more scared because I thought moving would fix me. And it absolutely has not. I had them once. I tried everything and ended up throwing away all my furniture, ripped out all the carpet in the house and replaced with vinyl plank flooring. The best thing to use is rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. Just keep finding em and keep killing with the spray, it works instantly on them.

There is also another way. Take both thumbs and massage just below the ears for about 5 minutes or so. You will fall asleep shortly after that. It's amazing how well it works.
That's longer than it takes me to fall asleep without help... I have more than once fallen asleep mid sentence, but I was already in bed ready to go to sleep. Maybe I just bored myself right to sleep😮
Make sure it is 20 seconds. If you hold it for 30, you will just fart really violently.
