Just bought the game and finished it in its entirety. The puzzles were on the easier side, à la Portal, but it was very pretty! Oh, and the recursion parts didn't really surprise me that much, I've played and 100%ed Patrick's Parabox.
I was so excited for this game but it's painfully short, be wary if you're reading this. For $25 It only took about 5 hours to beat. At this production quality that price is too high. Wait for a sale.
I think why this game is good and you don't feel as "bad" as in Baba is you is because here it is clear what you have to accomplish - and with limited toolset it is just a matter of putting the solution together rather than inventing it.
@@nangsanbhalangblah333 I mean in the way that they’re both puzzle games that focus on a world that’s both organic and mechanical with little to no dialogue
I don't see how Cocoon is like Scorn. Scorn is really disturbing, realistic, and horror. Scorn had a really different story and puzzles. Scorn was more organic matter.
I love the biotech feel, because it means even a civilization long since devoid of it's people, is alive.
That's actually a really poetic way of thinking of it.
I love you two guys! Such a calm, nice commentary, no shouting, no swearing, I feel like with a couple of friends!
"This is by the guys that made Limbo and Inside"
Well, I'm already sold. XD
Gonna come back and watch this after I finish the game.
It seems like these puzzles are like quick common sense puzzles which is super refreshing 😊
When it’s super simple but still satisfying to solve, you’ve hit on the gameplay design.
These Artsy, often low-poly puzzle games are my favorite type of wanderbot videos
"I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm doing it anway" really describes these kind of puzzle games.
"This game looks great, I sure hope there's more episodes"

"...well damn"
I've just finished this game, and I'd love to see you play more of it. It's interesting to see other people's reactions to game's like this.
Great video. Waiting for the 2nd part.

44:22 is where I was stuck, thank you

What I wouldn't give for a physical Switch copy of this game, and Solar Ash!
Those are Cocoons . no orbs :)

This feels more like a playable movie than a game
@@imustconsultwiththeeldergo5906 I mean that as a compliment
@@imustconsultwiththeeldergo5906 well online multiplayer is just virtual sports then
