Finally someone else with the exact same (perfect) Maste BT14 Lv4 line up! BUT BT3 Ladydevimon, have you tried swapping for ST Ladydevimon? Honestly with how bricky Maste can be the ability to Digivolve on yellow has come up so many times.

Interesting list, love that maste is getting back into spotlight, I recently made top 16 in OCE regionals with it. Just wondering why you run calling from darkness when it can just be another bt11 ladydevi, helps with consistency and still lets you grab back any angel from trash, purple and yellow.
Congrats on the top! Calling will always be in my Decks if they are purple. It's one of, if not THE most versatile card in the game. Grabs deathx/gato which ladydevi doesn't. Doesn't require any setup other than a purple source. Can blow up ophani to trigger on deletion skill. The card is completely overpowered and IMO should be errata or banned to 0 with MDF
I'm glad y'all did this bc I've been having issues with my mastemon deck for a while now. I would prefer a purple core but I understand that is feasible right now
If you trade kuda for the new movie Patas, you could grab ruin mode from sec and also the maycrack. Also another 2 Evo into the angemon. Lol but cool build!
I've been trying 1 seraphi instead of the second ophani. Not great that angewo can't get it but it's such a good messenger target that I often don't care.
Wish there was a list of the deck in the description so it's easier to build ourselves instead of having to go back and forth in the video and between sets.
Have you considered just cutting Mirei and playing better "intermediate" pieces (level 4/5's)? I've heard that she's a bit too slow... it would allow you to abuse the yellow vax mechanics a bit more. Might be worth a try, since you can still cheat memory with Emissary
I mean, in the end mirei is as good as how good You are at playing around her, I have had dead turns with 4 memory (or a Lot of turn 1 were my op would play a 4 cost tamer) were I would just play out mirei and start from there. Mirei is a must in the build and Will always be.
@@donarcangel1997 Saying stuff like Mirei is a skill intensive card or "Mirei is a must in the build and will always be" is not the best outlook honestly. I was just asking if people have tried it without her. She gives you a level 5 for 4 memory worth of investment IF you build your deck with *arguably* worse cards and meet specific conditions. I've found that building decks from the ground up without prior "biases" has worked for other archetypes in the past, maybe it could work for this one
Another ladydevi. HOWEVER, Lucy is SUPER important in the deck. At least one is mandatory IMO probably should be at 2 for most consistency. Killing a 5 and 6 on play or a 5 and tamer is rlly good!

Yeah for me in my Mastemon deck, it cycles Shinegreymon Ruin Mode back to hand and just keeps ruining my opponents day.

Kyaromon is by far my fav egg for mastemon. Most people roll their eyes but i think its genuinely a scary egg for her

No mirai is MADNESS. Insta purple and yellow source. Play level 5s for free. Too good not to play IMO!
I honestly have. She is such a brick when you have to hard play her and you already climb super hard.
