really appreciate another video..i said before and you were so kind to reply...your subscribers up here in scotland..i'm Edinburgh and are struggling a bit with lockdown now..day 80 for me.. and we are only going to phase 2 today 18th june..work says i return sunday july 12th (maybe...bus driver).thanks for keeping us sane all the way up here 4 or 5 hundred miles away....best wishes...👍
For the Aussies:- Breakers = Wreckers. And as for the airbag kit replacement, man have you guys got some patience! I'd be chucking spanners after only 20 mins. Great job all round!
Seatbelts. Once they have been deployed in anger, the webbing, stitching, mechanisms and buckles have done the job they were designed to do one time only. You're right to change them for unused 'cos you want to send the car out that is spot on and not a danger to a future user. Great content - keep it coming!
With the age and mileage of the car it show that insurance companies must put a high repair cost on a vehicle like that one, yet you guys can make a living repairing them to a high standard without cutting corners. Great video looking forward to the next installment.
Always found the timelapse a bit quick. Didn't realise you can change it. Thanks for the video, which I thoroughly enjoyed and picked up a useful Facebook video tip.
Another cracking video. Don't think you'll ever find a vehicle with less miles than this Fiesta. The job looked so much easier with the windscreen removed. Keep up the good work guys 👍
That's a combined forty years experience and don't it just show that you chaps know exactly what your doing, cracking job you would never know it's been done amazing. 👌
Exactly what I was gonna comment. Robs enthusiasm is infectious and the channel is getting even better. I'm not really a car guy but I've so much respect for these guys knowledge and effort they put in.
Rob, like the Fiat 500, I take my hat off to you. That job is a complete nightmare. You guys are extremely talented to tackle rebuilds like these. With the miles so low on this car it must attract a good price. It band new. Love the channel, keeps me really motivated. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏴
some say that these two drink more tea than the whole of England, and legend has it that they are still waffling, all we know them as is salvage rebuild uk
Hi Rob, i honestly thought it could be impossible to retro fit a modern car dashboard with airbag , fittings electrics etc.. because the assembly in a car factory is one - time process, with trained operators using be spoke tooling, jigs/fixtures and everything is done in strict sequence ..so the risk is you could end up breaking something, if you tried it out side ''the approved process'' .... Rob,, you have proved me wrong ,, brilliant impressive job .. Best Wishes from Yorkshire
Just discovered your channel and have caught up with most of your Video's. Nice job, down to earth no frills! Keep them coming....good luck with all the two of you take on and video. I would like a pound for every hour I spent in the 50/60s laying under a motor jacked up in the road and using a lead -light....Those were the days. Patrick
Hi rob and Chris loved today video and looked very easy to re fit and take out air bag kit and dash. I have to say you present very well to and look forward to the next video thank Tim
Hi Rob; fully enjoy your video's, no need to change anything. Maybe more explanations from Chris as to what he's doing. Keep it up, you're more fun then GMB with Piers Morgan !!!!!!!!
Well done both of you. Another cracking little motor. You must have had a busy couple of days Rob as you have not had a shave! More hair on your chin than on Chris' bonce! Hope you two took your passports with you when you crossed the river to the "Dark Side" !
What a great little car. So glad you made a video on the build. Wish I lived closer cos I'd happily buy a rebuild from you guys, I'd be wary from others. Nice job.
Hi Rob and Chris, you two guys really do work so well together and today's video shows that. The little car is coming together really well now, you certainly have broken the back of the rebuild today with fitting the dashboard, air bags and seat belts along with gathering all the remaining parts needed to complete the fiesta. Great video and can not wait for the final installment and that will be another great motor back on the road, cheers guys.
That looks like a job that's best done when you've done one before. You made it look straight forward but that's only because you know what you're doing!
Great video! I done one at the beginning of the year and it really does make it seem more complicated than it actually was when seeing it on camera. Good job chaps 👍
Would be more than happy to be their tea boy and watching them work their magic. Can't believe the Fiesta was a cat S no wonder insurance premiums are so high
I just found this channel by accident, great content guys, I had no idea that the video could be slowed down, thanks for the tip. I have just subscribed, I will be catching I whilst I am on furlough
That looks awesome! I do hate the way modern dashboards dont look like the screen is meant to be there. Just looks plonked on, A class style. Thanks Merc
This is why your my favourite channel to watch, you show how to do the jobs on the cars and to a high standard, wont be long now and the fiesta will be done, anymore videos coming on the cosworth at all
Another great video. I guess the years of working on these types of damaged cars makes it easier to source the parts, but you make it look so much easier than I think it would be.
It's amazing what you two can accomplish in a day. You were right saying it looked scary. Not that hard? You guys have 40+ year's experience! I'd have a better chance of walking on water by day's end. One of your best videos to date. Thanks and keep them coming! Now I'm going to look in the description and see what's up with that secret grin of yours. And that's the rest of my lunch hour gone. Time well spent, though.
Brilliant job again guys, that cars in=s basically brand new, money to be made for all your hard work, cracking stuff, looking forward to the next video, keep well guys
Makes my day when your videos comes on. Best channel on TH-cam, been with you from the beginning so keep it up guys. Really appreciate the hard work that goes into showing us the detail of your work👍
That was a good video to watch to see both of you working so well to get that out and back in so quickly. I know if I had attempted that it would be all back in place and then I’d find out I had left the last connector buried in the depths of the dash and it would all be coming back out to find it.
This is the best channel out there fantastic video again you both make it all look so easy well done guys they should put you guys on discovery channel cracking jòb every time👍♥️
Great work as ever Rob , you and Chris do a fantastic job and are a credit to the industry .Keep up the amazing content and hard work , really enjoy tuning in to watch what you guys have been up too. Thanks Mike
That was honestly a top job you both did there! Complicated or what! You just breezed through it. Credit where it due guys, a very good days graft. 👍👍👌👏
Hi Rob and Chris like the video tonight can not wait to see more on the ford Fiesta. Is going to Mercedes coming to the channel. See you in the next one.
Maybe the amount of bolts is to stop heat fatigue of the dash and to eliminate squeaks etc . Ford pride themselves on ease of working on and innovative features. I'm glad you didn't mention 'waffling' as you didn't , this was for me at least an informative insight into the latest generation of cars. A quality upload guys, thanks.
I know I keep saying the same things Rob, but here’s another beautiful little car that some lucky person will be proud to own in the very near future also best regards to Chris, you’re lucky to have him by your side Rob! Crack on lads.....
Rob one thing that comes across to me you enjoy working with Chris.. Anyway a pleasure to watch as always that little gem is getting closer to a finished project. Still say one of you two is gonna make your wife one happy bunny
Fantastic guys. These airbag kits are harder than changing a engine and every new model seems to be more complex than the previous. They were put in so they come out and go back in again Look im waffling now. Keep it comming and Mike Brewer will be down to see you with the channel numbers your getting.
I always wonder what the story of the car is and how it looks so sad when it’s all knackered up but once you guys work your magic the car looks so happy and ready to go once again 😊👍
Great video for a great car nice to see it coming along nice work. At least i can get some parts for my b max thanks for the link can't seem to find any in Yorkshire 👍
You boys defo have the skills to pay the bills.... I struggled to get a dust cap off the other day, in my defense it was metal and welded itself to the valve 😂😂😂😂
Hi rob hope yous are both well, great videos in any project yous do etcetera I used to rebuild motorcycles few years ago i would always end up with leftover bolts mostly off the engine 🤔 keep up the fantastic videos
Well done Rob you’ve come a long way since the early days filming with your phone and having to do short clips. The subscriber count is truly earned and deserved
Been here from the very beginning, Rob and Chris you are really doing some epic work guys, love your videos, and how honest and down to earth you are about every project you take on Rob, keep it up guys cant wait for the next one👍
Excellent videos very informative. You boys are the 2020 version of the Haynes manual. No obscure rock music that needs turned down as a retired sprayer plus minor body work. I am amazed you’re knuckles aren’t bleeding. any work I did with dashboards usually ended up with something being pinched up. Keep up the good work
It's not just the removal of the air bag kit, but how you both remember where it all goes back, I would always end up with a bolt or a screw left in the box when I finshed.
The seat belts....was the BIG FIX !!!?????
Wooooowwwww
Confidence holds no bounds !!!!!
How can anyone possibly dislike this vid whats to dislike? Thoroughly enjoyed
It's the trolls who click, dislike then leave
Absolutely ace to see the pair of you again in a video smashing job guys always putting a smile on my face with each video 😇😇😇😇😆😆😆💪💪💪💪💪

Me too..... headphones on and watch
With the age and mileage of the car it show that insurance companies must put a high repair cost on a vehicle like that one, yet you guys can make a living repairing them to a high standard without cutting corners. Great video looking forward to the next installment.
Fair play Rob and Chris, you make that so simple!and not a single bolt, screw or clip left over!
Keep up the great videos 👍
Always found the timelapse a bit quick. Didn't realise you can change it. Thanks for the video, which I thoroughly enjoyed and picked up a useful Facebook video tip.
Another cracking video. Don't think you'll ever find a vehicle with less miles than this Fiesta. The job looked so much easier with the windscreen removed. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Exactly what I was gonna comment. Robs enthusiasm is infectious and the channel is getting even better. I'm not really a car guy but I've so much respect for these guys knowledge and effort they put in.
That is a proper job. Well done. Love these videos. Keep them coming and thank you.
Been waiting 12hours for a quiet moment to sit back and enjoy this. Well worth the wait
Rob, like the Fiat 500, I take my hat off to you. That job is a complete nightmare. You guys are extremely talented to tackle rebuilds like these. With the miles so low on this car it must attract a good price. It band new. Love the channel, keeps me really motivated. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏴
Most people would be frightened to do this type of job ,far play to you rob a fab video nice one you and chris work well 👍😊
some say that these two drink more tea than the whole of England, and legend has it that they are still waffling, all we know them as is salvage rebuild uk
Almost lol we drink coffee not tea 👍

Really enjoying the videos Rob so many thanks for taking the time to make them.

Michael Jones brill comment.

Must make a difference working on a low mileage car, clean parts and bolts not rusted or siezed up! Great job.
Hi Rob; fully enjoy your video's, no need to change anything. Maybe more explanations from Chris as to what he's doing.
Keep it up, you're more fun then GMB with Piers Morgan !!!!!!!!
Rob you are the man and Chris is so modest, you make a fantastic team.
Rob this channel just gets better and better. Love your videos and how down to earth you are and how well you explain it all.
Can't believe that fiesta only has 230 miles on it, that's mad. Good job lads
2 genuine lads with a great channel only a matter of time before you're on tv better than wheeler dealers 😊🏴
Well done both of you. Another cracking little motor. You must have had a busy couple of days Rob as you have not had a shave! More hair on your chin than on Chris' bonce! Hope you two took your passports with you when you crossed the river to the "Dark Side" !

Interesting and informative as usual. It’s amazing how little it takes for a modern car to be written off.
Good honest hard workers doing a excellent job love the channel 👏👍
Maybe the amount of bolts is to stop heat fatigue of the dash and to eliminate squeaks etc . Ford pride themselves on ease of working on and innovative features. I'm glad you didn't mention 'waffling' as you didn't , this was for me at least an informative insight into the latest generation of cars. A quality upload guys, thanks.
Fair play to you, I have done a Cavalier dashboard and that was bad enough, but didn’t have half the electrics on it.
Another brilliant video guys 👌👌👌
Brilliant insight into the airbag fitting Rob, great bit of work 👍👍
I know I keep saying the same things Rob, but here’s another beautiful little car that some lucky person will be proud to own in the very near future also best regards to Chris, you’re lucky to have him by your side Rob! Crack on lads.....

That music you use on your timelapse in this and other vids is the best one you use! It's like a signature tune for your channel. Cheers.
Edit...the first timelapse!

Cheers Rob great video as always 👍
