Two of my favorite 'Phil Collins' albums are Robert Plant albums - Pictures at Eleven and The Principle of Moments (noticed you didn't even pause to consider that one). My vinyl versions of these are cuts (meaning the album cover, not the vinyl itself, was slashed about 1 1/2" during processing). Bought them new for like $2 back in the 80's when I didn't always have the money to afford Tower Records.

...also one of my favorite 'Phil Collins tours' was Plant's first solo U.S. tour (Principle of Moments). Some of Phil's very best live drumming - right up there with his live Brand X performances, IMO.@@EverythingPhilCollins

    Hi guys!
I bought my book in São Paulo around 1997, this book was the first to make part of my collection, at the moment I get more than 20 Genesis books in my collection.
    Greetings from Brazil!

That is the definitive Genesis book. He met Genesis in Italy around 1972 or so and captured my favorite span of the group into the late 70's. Gallo is the best photographer of them. I bought it back around 1980. Enjoy!

Too funny - I commented recently that I still had my Armando Gallo book. Good find, Scott.
I would've bought the peach Abacab.

Hey Scott, Awesome find. I actually have that book signed by Armando himself. Take my word for it. It says:“To Bill One Love Armando Gallo dated 6/2001”. This was a hard copy he sent me as a reprint 1998.

The book was a really great find. It would have been cool to find Genesis bootlegs. I have a Genesis Abacab album Bulgaria import that's out of print. I have a half speed import of Genesis Seconds Out.

Wow, that is an insane find! I have never seen one of Gallos Books out in the wild. And what a deal, online you would have payed alot more. But to tell you the truth: I own a original german copy of the book (from 77 or 78, not quite sure) which originally belonged to my dad 😊 But I for sure would have gotten The Gees & The Ghost. Still looking for that LP to cross my way.

I’ve always wanted that book but they are so expensive. You scored big! What did you have to pay? I’m jealous but so looking forward to your book review of this. I like your insight that this is the only really contemporarily written book as it was happening. That also makes it special and hopefully captures what we were all feeling in 1977 without hindsight
