If you look at both the Admiral's bodyguards' faces at 2:28, they were equally shocked and almost broke character. Lol. They weren't in on it either. Sascha is a genius. He hyped up his own movie while being nominated in another movie. Perfect timing at such a "grand" event.

Admiral General Aladeen should have checked that the lid on that urn was set to Aladeen. In the Aladeen position, it can easily fall off and spill the contents. You should always twist the lid clockwise until you hear the click. Then it is safely in the Aladeen position, preventing the ashes from spilling.
Always check that it is in the Aladeen position.
