For the thumbnail, maybe no one was lying - here’s why:
B could have meant : I love your twin brother, Jack (which means she loves his twin brother then addesses it to Jack)

No one is lying. B is simply telling C/jack that she is in love with his twin brother and C is confused. The phrase “I am in love your twin brother jack!” Has not for the necessary punctuation to mean that she is in love with the twin brother called jack.
Another example;
“I hate your Uncle, Billy”
This might mean that you hate Billy’s uncle.
“I hate your Uncle Billy”
This might mean that someone’s uncle is called Billy and you hate him.
In conclusion, no one is lying C/jack is simply confused by the phrase and they probably had a proper laugh after this.

For 9:22, I think it is C because when the girl says "I love your twin brother Jack" there is no , so she is implying that she loves Jack, but she's isn't saying it to Jack because she says that she loves Jack but isn't saying it to him but his twin brother. C is very angry and A is just standing there doing nothing.
Or, this is a trick question and their both the same person, and she is just seeing two Jacks and he doesn't have a twin brother and she is just seeing things.

Two things that I don't understand about 7 seconds riddles:
1) They repeat the same riddles for several videos. That's so infuriatingly unprofessional! If they don't have any ideas for new riddles, they should just post them less often, or make shorter videos, but PLEASE DON'T REPEAT THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
2) When, after the timer runs out, the only answer you get, is... "write in the comments what you think the answer is". I just spent seven seconds of my life trying to come up with my own conclusions, now I want to know the answer!
Whit that being said, I' m not here to bully anyone. I really enjoy these videos, but these two things... I simply can't stand them!

The answer could be anything you see fit. But, if there is a right answer to the question, why not let us know so we could see if our answers line up with theirs?

If she had said “I love your twin brother, Jack”, then it would make more sense because she would be saying that the twin brothers name is Jack.
This is the wirst riddle video I've found yet. Some of them make no sense. For example the last one. The guy working on the solar panels was already outside when the murder took place so he wouldn't have had to get a suit.
What I really hate about this video is that each each riddle video has a murder mystery and the one with the the video game or mini council that can last one week without changing it
