You should try cottage cheese with fresh cut heirloom, tomatoes, and cracked pepper. So delicious. Also, my mom used to eat cottage cheese with canned mandarin and honey over it. Really yummy too.

The fun of different air pressures! This happened to me from flying between Phoenix and Wichita and it took about a month for my ears to clear up and pop successfully and not plug back up. Hope your feeling better!
I have this problem too! Recommendation time...I ordered a product from Amazon called "earplanes." They are a special kind of ear plug that will help regulate the pressure in your ears. I flew from North Carolina direct to Los Angeles, got off the plane, and could hear perfectly with no pain!

It sometimes took up to two weeks for my ear or ears to unplug. It was the worst if it happened during my trip! I hope your ear is healed by now.
Ok so ya you made me try cottage cheese again and my brand was out and I tried the dairy gold brand and it was way to creamy for me so try a few brands before you pick a brand!! You will find one for you!!

Hopefully the ear infection is better! I used to get them all the time as an adult and then didn’t. However I recently got a bad one back in January where my ear was clogged and painful and it took 3 months to get better! I ended up going to urgent care 2 times and had two rounds of antibiotics. I ended up getting an ear nose and throat appt when March came around and I still had a clogged ear. Apparently my ear infection turned to a fungal infection so I needed anti fungal meds to clear it. Hopefully it doesn’t take that long for yours to go away. It was a miserable time dealing with it for so long!
Cottage cheese recipe- take a tub of cottage cheese and put it in a food processor with sugar free jello. Blend until smooth. Add in a little cool whip, and now you have a high protein cheesecake dip. I dip fruit and graham crackers in it ! It’s so good

Nasal spray plus allergy medication is what the Ear Nose and Throat doctor recommended for me when I had something similar, seriously went away within an hour of taking!

I went to Hawaii and from where i am its like 12 hours all together and I severely struggled with the fear of someone getting sick near me on the plane! 🤦🏻♀also seen a lady vomit right in front of me when we went snorkelling it was rough..
Instead of salt try putting soy sauce on it. (Soy sauce is very salty.) It reallys adds a new dimension to the flavor. And a little splash of sesame oil too.

I never get jet lag because I can't sleep on the plane (like not even dozing). Coming to and from Bali was 36 hours of travel, awake for about 48 total. And this chronic insomniac has never slept better.
You should also try your chiropractor for your ear problem mine has also helped me with my ear problems caused by flying in the past. I have also gone to the primary doctor and she had given me medication I don't remember what she diagnosed me with but I believe it had to do with the ability of water building up because of the inability to pop, but this was a long time ago so it could been totally situational. There's my 2 cents you didn't ask for but best of luck with that and sending you love! Love your blogs!
I'd love to go and have loved watching your trip, but my husband has no interest. My biggest fear of going to Tokyo is if there's any sign of animal cruelty. My dad went to Japan and saw some awful things 😢😢😢 oh gosh I'm vegan too, so let's hope it changes for if I ever get there xx
I suffer from terrible ear pain. I got airplane ear once. Anyways take a nasal decongestant before you get in an airplane if it’s a long flight every four hours it keeps your ears open and makes it easier for that not to happen with your ear. I’m a pro lol

ANYONE WHO DOESN'T SALT AVOCADO ISN'T DOING IT RIGHT!!! Plain avocado is fine but salted avocado is heavenly 🤤
