To me, the stone with canals, looks like some chemical or filtering apparatus. Using a liquid to mix ingredients or to mix liquids. We could be looking at it backwards. Let's assume the nomenclature used at 2:40 diagram. So the A would not be the entrance, but an exit - it also seems much lower than the rest. I see it like this. One would put some substance into five small containers E1, E2, F1, F2, G2. Probably very hot, like a molten metal. It would flow to the bowl C and will mix there. Then together the mixture would flow to the big bowl B in the center. A is an exit for sure. I am not so sure what the D bowl is. It could be either another ingredient added to the big bowl B, maybe some kind of catalyst, but also could be a drainage point from bowl B. Either way the liquid would exit through the small rectangle A (maybe containing some kind of filter), and finally reach the small reservoir below (containing water at the end of the video).
So in the bowl C you can mix up to 5 different substances. I assume these substances would be very precious, and drains outside would help to gather all remains or clean the apparatus before the next cycle. They can also be some kind of entrance points. There are easier ways to mix regular substances, so there must be a reason to use one big stone instead of many small separate containers. Possibly it was a continuous, long process, that could not be interrupted. And all bowls would be constantly refilled. Perhaps it was a process that would require a slow, steady, undisturbed flow of liquid washing over some solid ingredients. Potentially, side ducts are not exits but entrances for very slow flow of liquids provided automatically from the outside.
There is a chance that the final product would be a solid (metal?) block that would form in the big container B. And an excess of unused or unwanted liquid would pass through exit A.
It is hard to say without a proper examination and checking levels of all the components.

According to Brittany history, after the roman empire broke down, many "saints" (christianised druids?) came back from Ireland and Wales to rebuild Brittany as it is known today. They are said to have crossed the sea on stone boats.

Before you mentioned anything the first thing I thought of with that collection bowl was like the one in Egypt. Very interesting

This is fun stuff. Big rocks and stuff.
I wonder if Graham Hancock is watching, smoking pot, getting passively high, and quietly ignoring the comments in the Netflix promo-podcasts recommending this channel.
    Good afternoon.

Hey man, I just found your channel... and your theory is very interesting! I was checking out some videos on the Thunderbolts Project channel, and one of the guys there did a video on your theory with a link to your channel. I started with a few playlists and I love the idea! Great stuff man!!! I've already sent a few messages to other people who are interested in the pyramids and told them to check our your theory. You should bring your idea to some bigger channels to get more exposure... hell, get on Joe Rogan. He loves shit like this. Anyway...best of luck man!

Ouroboros, My weekly dose of education. Thankyou sir. The strange rock formation at the end looks to me like it would be used to collect rain water and filter it down the channels into the basins. Maybe they would use the basins for different functions, like washing hands or dishes and drinking water. Especially if it was tilted up. And there would likely be more of a collection area on the left side which was cut off. Going to such lengths to cut a massive stone would only seem logical for something very important which would be used frequently. Filtered water fits the bill. Very interesting as always.

The configuration has been driving me crazy! Lol. Some of the channels feed down, which would be ideal for fluids. But the others go up... and it's not symmetrical either, which is particularly frustrating to decipher

The turtoise could be a filtering bassin for solid metals like gold thats drifting in the water. Or maybe something that turtoise shells are made off
