+Rojmappen yes, north korean animation looks strikingly similar to russian animation. very far from most asian countries that try to copy japanese anime styles. almost all asian countries indeed do copy japan's techniques. south korea does both japanese anime and also its own unique style (as you see in gravity falls/disney, adventure time, we bare bears etc..)
