Minor Rear-End Collision

Miami, FL: A Ford Fusion accelerated before traffic had moved, rear-ending the Nissan Rogue in front of it. I think the Cadillac in front of the Rogue may have been sitting at the green light, but the Fusion driver is clearly still at fault. I didn't even notice the impact at the time, but I suspected what may have occurred after I saw the Rogue driver get out and inspect his rear bumper.
