Bad Drivers of Ohio/NKY 106

Enjoy! Sorry about the long delay (been busy)...
5:42 This is a recurring issue since the city arbitrarily lowered the speed limit on that stretch of road from 30 to 25 in December 2022 (I have spoken about this in previous videos too). I posted this video in a private neighborhood chat group, and was berated in the comments for making a "reckless" move. (I even had one person say that he/she would send this video to the police and they would (I guess) arrest me.) What do you think? Were my actions justified? (For the record, I was going exactly 25 MPH when this happened.)

Maybe whoever was referring to the "geese having something good to eat" has no idea of what a goose looks like, let alone a vulture!!!
